well im trying to learn how to make sigys so
can u post wut programs u use and if there
free or u have to pay ty :cool:

I use Photoshop CS2, which you have to pay for.

Some free programs are GIMP and Paint.NET.

I use Photoshop 7, and I borrow my dad's computer when I want to use Photoshop.

GIMP or Paint.net is your best bet if you want freeware, or if you want to be legal.

I use Cs2 as well. Its a really good program if you have money to spend but if you dont then the GIMP is probably your next best bet. I don't really have much experience with the GIMP but I hear its pretty decent. If you do decide to get Photoshop I would simply invest in Cs2. Cs3 has alot of useless programs that make working with it harder. ^.^

I don't think you can get the Macromedia version of it since well, it kinda doesn't exist. I'm probably the only person that would recommend it too.
Layers in Photoshop annoy me and the interface is pretty straightforward.
Its not free though, so unless you know some trade "secrets" you'll have to shell out some mula shawty... :D

I bought photoshop, but you can get Paint.net and it has a lot of the same stuff.
