Hmm... not sure what that's called either.
I can tell you what you need though... I usually make mine with the following stuff.
Rice Vinegar
Ponzu (or Soy Sauce if you don't have the former)
If you use Soy Sauce I'd recommend adding lemon juice and zest.
and Sesame Oil (and Sesame Seeds if you like them too)
A lot of them also has
daikon oroshi.
And I eyeball the amount so just add things to taste. Roughly a cup of vinegar and a table spoon of ponzu/soy sauce.
EDIT: The wiki for ponzu sucks... just Google and go to Images, you can see the bottles, lol. I think Australia should have some... we did get our Japanese textbooks from you guys. :P
