However, as I progressed into the game, I soon found out that it only seems overpowered at first. Understand that damage doesn't stay at 50's and 60's. The higher you level, so does your HP and Damage output. What does this mean? During the 20's, 1000HP damage may seem like alot, especially with monsters doing less than 100's on you. However, the higher the lvl you attain, you'll soon realize that damage increases as well. At around 40, the damage done is can range anywhere from 50~200. Also remember that monsters at this lvl are as mobby as ever, and you'll be getting multiple times, thus draining the shield quickly. In the end, the skill itself becomes a simple necessity in fighting Bosses, beating KQs, surviving Aggro heavy areas, and giving the healer even the tiniest amount of breathing room to heal.

What about making the amout of dmg absorbed based on the target character's level? ^_^
