• sit on ground
• get a book or something o-o
• RELAX~RELAX
• say to ur self why ppl like u?
• close eyes
• then relax
• dont think about anything
• stay like this for like 15-20 secs
• drink hot water or hot choco
• stay on bed
• sleep~~~~~
