People taking your items, especially when AoEing
 

a few times someone would come up and follow while im aoeing so they can take my stuff. now usually if it was in the abyss i would have killed them quite a few times, when they spawned back i'd continue on a few times until i was satisfied. a few times it's only been greens, decent greens a few other times, but just recently some kid stalked me in DP1 and took a blue from me. i didnt even notice it was a blue until i saw him stop following me, and then after i killed a few monsters enough so that i wouldnt be annihilated in one go to turn around and check to see if it was a green/blue. and there it was, i saw it i was able to see it, then it was gone before i got there.
there goes about 5g.

How'd that happen? Isn't there a waiting time for other people to pick up stuff? D:

D: yeah but when you're aoeing a mob it's hard to tell what dropped especially when there's some kid following you the whole time just asking to party and ks/take your stuff.
but yeah, i had a big mob and it took some time to kill off some monsters before i could do a turn around and pick up my items.
and the whole time for you to pick up stuff is really not that big, it's like 5 seconds or so. Q_Q
outspark needs to fix that.

same here, but when you aoe you cant exactly do that cause the mobs are so far behind you Q_Q

You could enable "Show item title" in the options, so you can see if it's a normal drop, or a blue/green one. Helped me before a lot.

outspark needs to put a PvP mode in and change pick up to 1 minute or longer..5 second is retarded

Green weapons also show up with blue names on the ground... u sure it's blue?

and blues drop from a lot of monsters and including KQ.

but yes, i do agree, pick up times are way too short.

If it was raging, that means it was green man. I think a majority of green drops have a blue title on floor, but upon pick up are green. You didn't lose much. Sucks about the looting noobs though.

According to wiki... "Raging wind" is a green item...

I'm aware you don't care, but I want to get this across. That kid's either lying or has a really distorted view of what blue is. Whether or not it's an axe, I guarantee you it was not blue. Raging is a prefix used exclusively with greens, and never for blues. Blues have much more unique prefixes or suffixes. "Teva", "Uruga", "Cains" etc.

actually i had a blue shield that was "raging eyes"
which is the only reason why i thought it was a blue in the first place.

Ah that sucks, man. I've had it happen before, me and a friend were running around gathering mats, and this noob followed us for a while, taking things while we fought off the mobs. Hessah, I used your idea lol. We gathered like 20 monsters and ran a bit over to where he was and logged out. He was gone when we came back:devil:

I dont actively follow plp for drops but when someone leaves them laying on the ground I will pick them up. Im not going to wait and watch to see if they come back while the item disapears.
