notalther -- do the passive skills do ANYTHING at all? i cant see a difference except in my wallet.
- They do, but it's very subtle. As such, most people go without them unless they're overflowing with cash and have already gotten other necessities (Active skills, equipment). Though, it would be incredibly helpful if the game actually said exactly what they did. HeatBurst 15:10, 30 October 2007 (CDT)
