Titles are obtained by doing various things in-game. There are hundreds of titles and not all of them have been discovered yet. You can change your title by opening the character window and clicking change by the title.

Friend Titles
Friend Seeker - Have 5 friends.(confirmed)
Friendly - Have 10 friends.(confirmed)
Popular - Have 30 friends. (confirmed)
Celebrity - Have 50 friends. (confirmed)
Chatting Titles
Announcer - Shout 100 times in an hour. (Confirmed)
Broadcaster - Shout 500 times in an hour. (Confirmed)
Talk show host - Shout 1000 times in an hour.
World DJ - Shout 5000 times in an hour.
Money/Selling Titles
Apprentice Merchant
Advanced Merchant
Pro Merchant
Master Merchant
Enhancement Titles
Apprentice Enhancer - Successfully enhance one item.
Successful Enhancer - Successfully enhance three items without failure.
Skillful Enhancer - Successfully enhance five items without failure.
Triumphant Enhancer - Successfully enhance seven items without failure.
Miraculous Enhancer - Successfully enhance nine items without failure.
Lucky Enhancer - Successfully enhance one item to +5.
Enhancement Artist - Successfully enhance one item to +8. (Confirmed, Had in CB.)
Enhancement God - Successfully enhance one item to +9. (Confirmed)
Unlucky Enhancer - Fail to enhance three items in a row or more.
Item Spoiler - Destroy 5 items during enhancing (please check because I have not gotten this title even though I've broke more than 5 weps..)
Item Breaker - Destroy 15 items during enhancing (In a row?)
Failed Enhancer - Destroy 20 items during enhancing.
Class Titles
For Fighters:
Apprentice Fighter - Attain level 10 with a Fighter.
Clever Fighter - Attain level 20 with a Fighter and complete the class quest.
Warrior - Attain level 60 with a Fighter and complete the class quest.
For Clerics:
Apprentice Cleric - Attain level 10 with a Cleric.
High Cleric - Attain level 20 with a Cleric and complete the class quest.
Paladin - Attain level 60 with a Cleric and complete the class quest.
For Archers:
Apprentice Archer - Attain level 10 with an Archer.
Hawk Archer - Attain level 20 with an Archer and complete the class quest.
Scout - Attain level 60 with an Archer and complete the class quest.
For Mages:
Apprentice Mage - Attain level 10 with a Mage.
Wiz Mage - Attain level 20 with a Mage and complete the class quest.
Enchanter - Attain level 60 with a Mage and complete the class quest.

Title Rookie - Obtain 8 titles.(except Weapon Titles)
Title Maker - Obtain 30 titles.(except "Title Rookie" and Weapon Titles)
Fiesta Rookie - Stay logged in 5 consecutive hours in the same map.
Fiesta Citizen - Stay logged in 8 consecutive hours in the same map.
Fiesta Defender - Stay logged in for 24 consecutive hours in the same map.
Fiesta Guardian - Stay logged in for 48 consecutive hours in the same map.
Fiesta Guard Captain - Stay logged in for 96 consecutive hours in the same map.
Fiesta Fan - Stay logged in for 120 consecutive hours in the same map.
Fiesta Lover - Stay logged in for 720 consecutive hours in the same map.
Fiestaholic - Stay logged in for 4320 consecutive hours in the same map.

Quest Rookie -
Monster Joke Punchline. - Die xx times in a row.
Kingdom Quest Rookie - Complete Kingdom Quest 5 times successfully without fail and without logging off. [Unconfirmed]
Closed Beta Tester - Obtained if a character reached level 20 in closed beta.
