All About Stats

Yaseeda: Fixed information about Dex, because actual bonus differs from what Free Stats are showing. Surprised nobody bothered fixing this for years, shows ignorance of some people.

Basic Stats Information
Str Strength - Increases Physical Attack Power
End Endurance - Increases Max HP, Block Rate, and Physical Defense
Dex Dexterity - Increases Evasion and Aim
Int Intelligence - Increases Magical Damage
Spr Spirit - Increases Max SP, Critical Rate, and Magical Defense
Note: Damage increase from free stat points add directly to the actual damage inflicted (in PvM situations). For example, Triumph the cleric whacks a Slime for a nominal (display) damage of 1000; slime receives actual damage of 30000. Afterward, he places 60 free stat points into Str, giving him a grand total of 72 additional damage. His nominal damage is still 1000, but the actual damage inflicted rises to 30072 (disregarding fluctuations in this illustration). The usefulness of the additional damage is prevalent in another example, in which Triumph the cleric is trying to kill lots of Blue Clover Trumpy for experience. His nominal damage is still 1000, giving him an actual damage output of 200. He now adds 60 free stat points to Str, and increases his damage output to 272.

In exactly the same way, Int raises the actual damage of magical attacks (hence +Int is only useful to the one class that produces magical damage, Mage).

Endurance and Spirit work in a similar way in that they modify the ultimate damage dealt/received. Each point in End reduces physical damage you receive by 0.5; each point in Spr reduces magical damage you receive by 0.5.

Free Stat Points
STR:
* +1.2 Damage
INT:
* +1.2 Damage
END:
*1-50 : +0.1% Block ; +0.5 Def ; +5 HP
*50+ : +0.05% Block ; +0.5 Def ; +5 HP
DEX:
(Yaseeda: Actually, information about DEX isn't accurate, despite what Free Stats window is showing.
%=x10. 0.3%=3 flat, et cetera.
If you doubt, make lvl 60 crusader, they start with 70+ points, and test it. I provided correct data below.)
----------
*1-50 : +2 Evasion
*51+ : +1 Evasion
*1-33 : +3 Aim
*34-67 : +2 Aim
*68+ : +1 Aim
------------
*1-50 : +0.2% Evasion
*51+ : +0.1% Evasion
*1-33 : +0.3% Aim
*34-67 : +0.2% Aim
*68+ : +0.1% Aim
SPR:
*1-25 : +0.2% Crit. ; +0.5 Magic Def ; +5 SP
*26-61 : +0.1% Crit. ; +0.5 Magic Def ; +5 SP
*62+ : +0.05% Crit. ; +0.5 Magic Def ; +5 SP

With the max level currently at 115, these are the bonuses "pure" builds would give you.
STR = +174 Damage
END = +12.25% Block Rate; +72.5 Defense; +725 Hit Points
DEX = +19.5% Evasion Rate; +24.5% Aim Rate
INT = +174 Magic Damage
SPR = +11.3% Crit Rate; +72.5 Magic Defense; +725 Spirit Points
*This includes 1 free stat point every level, 5 from the first job advance, 10 from the second job advance, and 15 from the third class advance.
*This data was taken from an old Bright Kingdom database, but the info shown here still seems current.
Yaseeda: /* Stat Builds */

Introduction
Like most MMORPG games, Fighters in Fiesta Online act as the main basher or frontliner in the battle field. They are the melee class that wields swords and axes. They also have the highest possible HP and defense since they can wield the best armor as well and they get a large amount of END per level.

Race
-Humans

Jobs
-Fighter
-Clever Fighter
-Tanker Warrior
-Battle Warrior
-Knight/Gladiator

Weapons
-One Hand Sword & Shield - Fast speed; Moderate damage
-Two Hand Sword - Slow Speed; Moderate/High Damage
-Two Hand Axe - Very Slow Speed; Very High Damage

Stat Builds
Yaseeda's guide, or "minimum that all should know".
First of all, its good to decide which branch you aiming for, Knight or Gladiator.
Knight
Tanking class with average dmg potential.
Good build is 50 end/dex, it gives good evasion and block rate. Free points can be used for 25 spr to add some critical and mdef, because end/dex become useless after 50.
If you want to make decent pvp knight, its worth trying 50 end/33 dex/25 spr/rest str, or 50 end/33 dex/55 spr/rest str.
First build gives nice real dmg, second provides extra critical and mdef.
Gladiator
Damage dealing class, should concentrate mainly on evasion and criticals.
50 dex for 2hander user, 67 dex for axe user.
Again, can experiment with 25 or 55 spr, and rest str, depending on what you value more, raw dmg or criticals.
See: Fighter Skills

Strategies
Tanking - While partying with other people, fighters usually become what is known as a tank. They hit the monster first to make it come after them. A cleric in the party continuously heals the tank while the others bombard the monster with attacks.

Training Guide
See: Fighter Leveling

More Guides
Fighters working with clerics, clerics cannot resurrect and defend themselves or attack. If you notice a rez effort, suggest you help protect the cleric. If you feel like helping but don't want a "kill steal" name, bash the critter, stun it and move on;
Clerics can handle a substantial mob without help. They will just take a lot of time. Feel free to stab one of the mob hitting on the cleric as long as it isn't the one being fought. Some clerics might mind this but it is not technically kill stealing because the cleric is not hitting on every bad guy so you are probably not in trouble.
-Battle Warrior
-Knight/Gladiator

Weapons
-Two Hand Axe - Very Slow Speed; Very High Damage

Stat Builds
Chronotriggas Full END build - Just go full END. It's that simple. Great for partying with a cleric.
+1 STR, +1 END - A good solo build with good damage and defense.
+1 STR, +1 SPR - Maximize damage and crits with this powerful build -axe users-

+3 END, +1 SPR - Good for ax users. High Crit Rates

+1 STR, +5 END- Good for tanks and 1 hands who also use shields. Keep END 5 more than STR.

Full STR stats build, you can deal damage too high, and sometimes in an boss or party attack you start getting attacked because your damage is the highest, and most monsters attack who the most who has the highest aggro.

*With a one handed sword and a shield that will be used to boost their stats of damage like SPR and STR.

*Two handed sword is not recommended because it is so slow as a axe and hits less.

*Really the Two handed Axe is a weapon for this build, with very high damages you kill several enemies using their skills only once.

Is important that you use that build when you have support from other players (clerics), or if you have money to spend on HP stones and HP potions, and you also do not try get level's solo into monsters of highest attack or Magic attack.
