Job Change Quests

201.239.31.91: /* Job Change Quest Tips */

==Introduction==
Throughout your gaming experience in Fiesta, you will encounter various times where you will be presented with an opportunity to advance your "job," or class. As of now, there are two opportunities to do so: Once at level 20 and once at level 60.

==Level 20 Job Change==
So, level 20 now, eh? Happy that you can do your job change quest? You think this is going to be easy? '''THINK AGAIN!''' The difficulty level is actually different depending on your class.<nowiki>’</nowiki> being a mage, I have failed the quest three times before succeeding; but as a cleric, I succeeded on my first try without much difficulty at all; if you want to save your time and money to get through this in the first go, then read this guide. Some might have found it easy, but it was fairly difficult for me because I had no idea what I was supposed to be expecting. It would be better if you start the quest knowing what to expect.

===Before You Begin===
Make sure you have the following:
* '''Lots of HP/SP stones and potions.''' You will need it throughout the quest (mainly for the last part - keep in mind you ''CANNOT'' rest in your mini house in the '''Dungeon of Shadows''').
* '''Scrolls '''(I have used vitality, power and defense scroll). You will need this for the last part.
* '''Elderine/Roumen scrolls''' if you don<nowiki>’</nowiki>t want to walk all the time.

Oh and also, if you have a computer that likes to stuff up or lag every now and then, I suggest you to restart your game/computer/whatever just as a safety measure. I had failed my third attempt because of lag and that wasted a whole lot of my HP/SP pots and scrolls. Not sure if that would help, but it doesn<nowiki>’</nowiki>t hurt to do it anyway, right?

===The Easy Part===
[[Image:Fiesta_jc_npc01_small.jpg|thumb|right|Quest NPCs]]

Each class will have to meet their own NPC and complete different missions before going to the Dungeon of Shadows.

* Mages have to seek Enchanter Master Wishis.
* Archers have to seek Scout Master Deikid.
* Clerics have to seek Paladin Master Keast.
* Fighters have to seek Warrior Master Marty.

[[Image:Fiesta_jc_map01.jpg|thumb|left|Locations in Elderine]]

<font size = "3"><font color="#008000">'''Mages'''</font></font>

After you have spoken to '''Enchanter Master Wishis''', she will tell you to fight '''10 boars'''. Piece of cake. I assume you know where boars are by now (if you don<nowiki>’</nowiki>t… they can be found at the center of Forest of Mist near Ratmen). When you<nowiki>’</nowiki>re done, return to Wishis and she<nowiki>’</nowiki>ll tell you to go see '''Grand Master Sean'''.

<font size = "3"><font color="#008000">'''Archers'''</font></font>

After you have spoken to '''Scout Master Deikid''', he will tell you to kill 10 slimes. After you have killed them, return to him and he<nowiki>’</nowiki>ll direct you to '''Grand Master Sean'''.

<font size = "3"><font color="#008000">'''Clerics'''</font></font>

After you have spoken to '''Paladin Master Keast''', she will tell you to hand in one '''SP Potion (tier 1)''' to her. When that<nowiki>’</nowiki>s done, you<nowiki>’</nowiki>ll be told to find '''Grand Master Sean'''.

<font size = "3"><font color="#008000">'''Fighters'''</font></font>

After you have spoken to '''Warrior Master Marty''', he will request you to '''deliver a letter to''' '''Skill Master Ruby''' in Roumen. When you have delivered the quest item to Ruby, she tells you that Marty has drinking problems and asks you to deliver her response back to Marty. After that, Marty tells you he can<nowiki>’</nowiki>t teach you anything so he tells you to go to and seek '''Grand Master Sean '''instead.

'''Grand Master Sean''' can be found in Forest of Mist:

[[Image:Fiesta_jc_map02_small.jpg|thumb|right|Location of Grand Master Sean in Forest of Mist]]

<blockquote>'''Note to all classes:''' Before you go ahead to find him, make sure you have stocked up all your HP/SP stones and potions(unless your a cleric, then only SP stones/potions), and your scrolls. The hard part comes next and you will save some time if you fetch your things from your bank now rather than going back and forth.</blockquote>

===The Hard Part===
'''Grand Master Sean''' will tell you to fetch him the '''shadow key''' [[Image:Fiesta_shadowkey.jpg]] to get into the '''Dungeon of Shadow'''. You can kill any monster in the Forest of Mist to get the key (the key is an actual drop). I<nowiki>’</nowiki>ve got mine from a Ratman, but I<nowiki>’</nowiki>m certain that you can get it from any mob. When you give him the key, he will let you into the Dungeon of shadow.

("From CanitoCool") - Once you speak to Grand Master Sean you can fetch the dungeon key by killing the monsters near him. I spoke to Grand Master Sean and once I finish to speak I killed the monsters around him and the key dropped easily.

====Tisbad's Naked Method====
'''Note: The safer method is to keep your equipment on, as your clone can hit rapid 100+ hits on you. If you're able to heal rapidly, read on. Use the below method at your own risk!'''

Before you enter the first time, strip yourself of everything. This is best done for Fighters, because with the kick-ass swords you guys get, they'll cut you to ribbons. When you enter, and your clone appears, he will have no weapons or armor. The only things you should leave on would be Necklaces, Rings, and maybe Earrings.

On the next time, when you search the blue light, walk directly under it, and you will lure no monsters. This is where I suggest stripping the second time, otherwise, they will have everything you have on. Once you hit the glowing red gem at the end, and are attacked by monsters, put everything back on, as fast as you can, and proceed to murder them.

'''THEY WILL USE ATTACKS YOU DO NOT HAVE, IF YOU LET THEM HOLD THE WEAPONS.''' However, without weapons, they will start punching you for about 100 damage. If you choose this tactic, make sure to put on your equipment as fast as possible. Hotkeying is recommended.

Another way is to put on your armour but not your weapon.
----

====Non-Naked Method====
Before you click "Yes, I am", '''start activating your scrolls'''. I<nowiki>’</nowiki>m telling you to do this now because when you get spawned in there, you would be too busy looking at your clone and wouldn<nowiki>’</nowiki>t have time to activate them since they have cool downs.

<font size = "3">You will have '''20 minutes''' to complete this part.</font>

Your first battle with her wouldn<nowiki>’</nowiki>t last long. After you<nowiki>’</nowiki>ve taken about... I dunno... 200-400 hp maybe, she<nowiki>’</nowiki>ll say how boring you are and makes you follow her. You can<nowiki>’</nowiki>t follow her straight away because you get "locked" down for a few seconds. So on the way to following her, you will have to kill '''two shadow kebings'''. They<nowiki>’</nowiki>re not hard at all, so no stress.

[[Image:Fiesta_jc_pic02.jpg|thumb|right]]

Next, you have to fight '''6 skeletons '''(3 archers and 3 warriors)''' '''. Try and approach them one at a time, because if you get near one, they will start coming at you, and you don<nowiki>’</nowiki>t want 3 hitting you at the same time because that<nowiki>’</nowiki>s a waste of your HP pots. Some of them are ranged, and some of them are melee. These shouldn<nowiki>’</nowiki>t be much trouble either.

[[Image:Fiesta_jc_pic03.jpg|thumb|right]]

After that, you<nowiki>’</nowiki>ll need to kill another three Shadow Kebings.

When you<nowiki>’</nowiki>ve finished them, '''your clone will tell you to follow the blue light'''. I love this bit. It<nowiki>’</nowiki>s so cool! The screen goes all dark and you don<nowiki>’</nowiki>t see anything except the light. How exciting =3

[[Image:Fiesta_jc_pic05.jpg|thumb|right]]

When you reach the end, everything will light up and you will find your clone plus two other people. '''One was a man (melee) and the other was a woman (ranged)NOTE: if you killed the man & the woman in the dark room,they will not come to attack you again.''' They will start to come and hit you, but at the same time, this '''stone monster''' also comes charging from behind! But no worries, the stone dude is easy to kill, so just turn around and kill that thing first. Remember to keep watching your SP and heal yourself! You can kill either next, but I killed the man first because he seemed to be doing more damage.

After you killed both of them, you start fighting your clone again. Every now and then, another stone monster comes out (you will notice that there<nowiki>’</nowiki>s a few standing around on the walls in the beginning anyway). I think three of them came out throughout the whole thing for me. Anyway, keep fighting and healing. I wouldn<nowiki>’</nowiki>t bother running if I were you. Clicking everywhere might mess you up and stones <nowiki>+</nowiki> potions were sufficient for me since they cancel each other<nowiki>’</nowiki>s cool downs out.
----

====Extra Tips====
<font size = "3">'''Sparky<nowiki>’</nowiki>s Tip:'''</font>

1. Right when you reach the dark room, the warrior and archer mobs are also in that room on the far right (maybe far left). Just go finish them off ONE vs ONE, there<nowiki>’</nowiki>s no need for you to take them all at once in the last room. I have included a screen below that shows approximately where the warrior and archer mobs are (notice the blue light on the top left, which is what you were following before). When you finish those two off, go to the last room.

2. When it lights up, go back to the right side of the wall right next to the crystal where the first golem will spawn, and eliminate it when it spawns! You can either wait for the other golems to spawn but I wouldn<nowiki>’</nowiki>t recommend it seeing how your clone will only stay still for a short while. While your killing the first golem, your clone will be out of your site range and will not be able to see you or attack you so you<nowiki>’</nowiki>re safe for a little bit! Not for long though, I assume.

3. After finishing the first golem though, finish your clone as soon as possible, at around 1k hp left on my clone, another golem came out.

---

<font size = "3">

'''Canitocool<nowiki>’</nowiki>s Tip:'''</font>

Want to do this the easy way without trying to hardly find hp and magic potions? Try this out!:

1. Ask a kindly cleric to cast over you a "One hour Health / Magic Boost"

2. If you still have the chocolate bars of Valentine's Day you can use them to regens health and magic at the same time. Get at least 35 of them.

3. Start to kill monsters in the dungeon but keep an eye on your health.

Why the chocolate bars? I test them before entering the dungeon and proved that it regens all your health and magic at the same time, rather than the health potions and magic potions. With both potions, once you activate one, both potions gets deactivated due to the use. I am sure you don't want to risk your fight if you have health and magic low, to recharge one and wait seconds to then use the other potion. Chocolate bars recharge both health and magic at the same time with no downtimes to regen. Believe me..IT DOES WORK!!

Another thing is that if you have enough chocolates when you reach your clone at the end of the dungeon, do not worry for any of the golems nor any other enemy. If you concentrate your efforts in your clone, once he is dead, the other monsters disappears and VOILA!!! You had mastered your first trial of change.

----

<font size="3">
'''Fmsa's Tip:'''
</font>

In order to do this, you will need to purchase your class's level 1 weapon (unless you still have it with you). Now put your current weapon in a hotkey slot and equip the level 1 weapon. When you enter the shadow realm, start attacking with the level 1 weapon and then switch. You'll continue attacking without any pause and save some time trying to get your weapon back on if you enter in empty-handed. Be sure to switch back to your level 1 weapon before facing your shadow again, and switch back when the enemies arrive.

[[Image:Fiesta_jc_pic09.jpg|thumb|right]]

---

Anyways, when you have finally killed your clone…

[[Image:Fiesta_jc_pic07_small.jpg|thumb|right]]

The prettiful '''SUCCESS''' sign pops up! You get spawned back to '''Grand Master Sean''', and he will give you a choice between two(3 if you are fighter) level 20 weapons of your class. '''''Choose carefully!''''' Weapons are expensive, so it would be a shame if you end up regretting what you have chosen. You are also granted 5 Stat Points to allocate.

Once you<nowiki>’</nowiki>ve decided… complete the quest… and TA-DA!

You get an announcement about you.

<font size = "3"><font color="#6600CC">'''Congratulations, you have now completed the job change quest!'''</font></font>

====Additional Notes / Updates====
* Shadow Fighter: 7980 HP
* Shadow Archer: 5563 HP
* Shadow Cleric: 5260 HP
* Shadow Mage: 4468 HP
* Death in the Job Change quest will not result in the loss of experience.

==Level 60 Job Change==

This job change quest has 3 parts, good luck!

===Over Time and Spaces 1===

[[Image:JobChangeLv60_01.jpg|thumb|left|Part 1: Talk to Grand Master Sean in Forest of Mist]]
[[Image:JobChangeLv60_02.jpg|thumb|right|Part 1: The "Fake" Roumen]]
[[Image:JobChangeLv60_03.jpg|thumb|right|Part 1: Zombies]]

To Start the quest, talk to '''Grand Master Sean in Forest of Mist'''. He will ask you to deliver something to Town Chief Rumenus, this quest item will appear in your inventory.

Grand Master Sean will then teleport you to a "fake" Roumen, where you'll see a few level 1 NPCs with "???" as names and Town Chief Rumenus by the fountain. Click on Town Chief Rumenus and all of them will turn into Zombies.

Zombies can cast poisons, but they don't hit too hard (from a cleric's point of view). Kill all the zombies, work your way up the town to where Grandpa Robin would be and you should find all the Zombies.

When you've killed all the Zombies, (it will count down for you from 10 zombies), you'll be teleported back next to Grand Master Sean in Forest of Mist. DO NOT talk to Sean again unless you want to kill Zombies again. Go to the real Roumen and to the Town Chief to cash in your quest.

===Over Time and Spaces 2===
[[Image:JobChangeLv60_05.jpg|thumb|left|Part 2: Choose a Dice and Spin the Roulette]]
[[Image:JobChangeLv60_06.jpg|thumb|right|Part 2: Gambling King Joker]]
Once you talk to the '''Town Chief Rumenus''' you will be teleported to a weird room comprised of cards and everything you associate with a casino. In the center there is a roulette. You simply pick a dice and spin the roulette by clicking the pole thing in the middle. If your lucky the marker will land on the dice that you selected. In which case a barrier to another room is opened.

If you aren't lucky and the light didn't land on your dice, then the dice will turn into some mobs, which you have to kill before trying again.

You simply kill the Gambler King Joker. He's relatively easy but he stuns. So don't be stingy and use your potions. Kill him and its over. You will be teleported back to Roumen with the Town Chief.

===Over Time and Spaces 3===
[[Image:JobChangeLv60_07.jpg|thumb|left|Part 3: Find Elf Chief Elderine and Hero Roumen]]
[[Image:JobChangeLv60_08.jpg|thumb|right|Part 3: Hectic Group of Mobs]]
Talk to the '''Town Chief in Roumen''' again. This time something strange happens and you are ported back in time, into the Ancient Elven Woods. You will be given 5 minutes to find Elf Chief Elderine and Hero Roumen (which isn't hard at all, just follow the path and it turns towards the right). You will find Elderine and Roumen standing by the campfire.

Then the next part lasts 20 minutes. Chaser Elves and Hunter Lizardmans will spawn. Your task is to keep Roumen and Elderine alive for 20 minutes. Monsters will spawn in waves, each wave with more monsters. Within the last minutes you will be flooded with tons of monsters coming from both directions.

The monsters themselves are pretty weak, but your goal is to keep the two alive. Fighters can mock and devastate to control aggro. The mob's deal very little damage so you can easily tank up to 30 or 40 monsters as an axe user. Archers can area poision and area shoot to keep aggro. Mages of course can AOE the heck out of the monsters. Clerics may have a more difficult time as you cannot cannot heal Roumen and Elderine.

In the last waves there are more monsters than any classes AOE can handle. In which case your main goal is to keep as many of the monsters off of Elderine and Roumen as possible.

Roumen and Elderine will heal over time in between waves, however if either of them dies before 20 minutes are up, you'll have to do part 3 all over again.

===Finishing===
When you're done, you'll be spawned back to Town Chief Rumenus and CONGRATULATIONS! You've completed your second job changes quest.

===Job Change Quest Tips===
<font color="#3333CC">
'''Hessah's Tips for Clerics - Part 3'''

As we don't have Mock or AOE skills, and we can't heal Roumen and Elderine, Part 3 can get very hectic.

My observation is, spamming heal and rejuvenate DOES NOT draw aggros very effectively. (You can try, but it didn't work very well for me.) I found myself wasting time spamming heal that I don't need (as the mobs hit relatively softly, only does about 20-40 damage).

Firstly, when monsters spawns, they usually spawn in two groups from two sides of the map, try run up to one group and have them attack you 1st. The other group will go and attack the NPCs at the same time, so you go and work the other group off the NPCs.

I draw aggro by hitting the monsters that are hitting the NPCs twice, and that was sufficient for me to get the aggro back. (But I used a +9 hammer, you might have to hit it once more if your weapon isn't enhanced). There's less chance of Roumen and Elderine dying if you prioritize taking aggro off the NPCs rather than trying to kill the monsters.

At many points in this part, monsters and NPC are often overlapping and cluttered together, you can't see which monster is hitting who (you, Elderine or Roumen), making it hard to see which monsters you have to hit to get the aggro off the NPCs. My advice is to move away from the entire group of mess, this will walk the monsters that you've already got aggro out of the group, and make it clear which monsters are left, that you have to get off the NPCS.

Good luck!
</font>

Finray's tip for clerics: I suggest you run into Lizardmen first, for they have less hp and do more damage. Kill some of them and then bash and trip/bleed like hell on the mobs attacking the NPCs.

'''Aurum's tips for clerics'''

Some clerics don't have a +9 mace or hammer, so this quest can be extremely hard for them and almost impossible (I didn't have a +9 weapon so I know what I'm talking about). First, buy a Power T3 scroll (it helps a lot). Then, when you are doing the 3rd part, go to the spawn spot (don't wait until mobs get to you/npc's and focus on lizards (they are weak in defense terms but deal a great damage to the npc's). When you are close to them, inmediately cast Rejuvenate to get the whole aggro. Next, as quick as you can, run to the archer and try to get her aggro (remember, first lizards, then the other mobs). If you can't get the aggro just with Rejuvenate, cast quickly Invincible (even if you don't need it) and Restore as chain, then just cast Bash and Bleed/Trip on the mobs. When you have the archer's whole aggro, go to help Roumen (yes, he can take some aggro, but he isn't unbeatable). Try to focus on getting the npc's aggro rather than killing the mobs. Kill the mobs when npc's are "clear", especially the archer. At 6:00 there are 'tons' of mobs, and you hardly will be able to see which mobs are attacking "X" npc. Just repeat the mentioned steps and you won't have problems with the aggro. You have to protect the npc's until the time runs out (the time is 20 minutes). Buy a Defense T3 scroll or a Vitality T3 scroll just in case you don't have a big amount of HP (mobs don't deal a great damage though).

===Ukly's tips for Clerics===
As most of you know I don't even play a cleric, still did it as a cleric though, a friend couldn't beat it. This is my strategy. Think of Roumen and Elderine as a mob...they have aggro just like mobs do, and they have an aggro range. Why is this important? Because they follow mobs, and the mobs aggro the nearest player, whether it be you, Roumen or Elderine.

At the beginning, get aggro, there are not many mobs, then lead the last few mobs over to the very side. The idea is that Roumen and Elderine follow you. When the next wave spawns, be the first to go and pull them and they will START with aggro on you, then you don't have to keep changing targets to keep the aggro off of Roumen and Elderine. You are essentially moving them to a safe zone, then pulling like you would for an aoe.

The problem is this...the aggro of Roumen and Elderine grows. If you just try and leave them on the side and ignore the mobs, both of the characters will run headfirst into the mob. You MUST go collect the mob before they do, or it is really difficult to complete. I hope this helps ^^.

Job Change Quests

201.239.31.91: /* Job Change Quest Tips */

==Introduction==
Throughout your gaming experience in Fiesta, you will encounter various times where you will be presented with an opportunity to advance your "job," or class. As of now, there are two opportunities to do so: Once at level 20 and once at level 60.

==Level 20 Job Change==

===Before You Begin===

===The Easy Part===

===The Hard Part===

[[Image:Fiesta_jc_npc02_small.jpg|thumb|left]]
----
====Tisbad's Naked Method====

----

====Non-Naked Method====

----

====Extra Tips====

---

<font size = "3">

----

<font size="3">
'''Fmsa's Tip:'''
</font>

====Additional Notes / Updates====
* Shadow Fighter: 7980 HP
* Shadow Archer: 5563 HP
* Shadow Cleric: 5260 HP
* Shadow Mage: 4468 HP
* Death in the Job Change quest will not result in the loss of experience.

==Level 60 Job Change==

This job change quest has 3 parts, good luck!

===Over Time and Spaces 1===

===Over Time and Spaces 2===

===Over Time and Spaces 3===

===Finishing===
When you're done, you'll be spawned back to Town Chief Rumenus and CONGRATULATIONS! You've completed your second job changes quest.

===Job Change Quest Tips===
<font color="#3333CC">

Good luck!
</font>

Buy a Defense T3 scroll or a Vitality T3 scroll just in case you don't have a big HP (mobs don't deal a great damage though).

===Ukly's tips for Clerics===

==Introduction==
Throughout your gaming experience in Fiesta, you will encounter various times where you will be presented with an opportunity to advance your "job," or class. As of now, there are two opportunities to do so: Once at level 20 and once at level 60.

==Level 20 Job Change==

===Before You Begin===

===The Easy Part===

===The Hard Part===

[[Image:Fiesta_jc_npc02_small.jpg|thumb|left]]
----
====Tisbad's Naked Method====

----

====Non-Naked Method====

----

====Extra Tips====

---

<font size = "3">

----

<font size="3">
'''Fmsa's Tip:'''
</font>

====Additional Notes / Updates====
* Shadow Fighter: 7980 HP
* Shadow Archer: 5563 HP
* Shadow Cleric: 5260 HP

==Level 60 Job Change==

This job change quest has 3 parts, good luck!

===Over Time and Spaces 1===

===Over Time and Spaces 2===

===Over Time and Spaces 3===

===Finishing===
When you're done, you'll be spawned back to Town Chief Rumenus and CONGRATULATIONS! You've completed your second job changes quest.

===Job Change Quest Tips===
<font color="#3333CC">

Good luck!
</font>

First, buy a Power T3 scroll. Buy a Defense T3 scroll or a Vitality T3 scroll just in case you don't have a big HP (mobs don't deal a great damage though).

===Ukly's tips for Clerics===

==Introduction==
Throughout your gaming experience in Fiesta, you will encounter various times where you will be presented with an opportunity to advance your "job," or class. As of now, there are two opportunities to do so: Once at level 20 and once at level 60.

==Level 20 Job Change==

===Before You Begin===

===The Easy Part===

===The Hard Part===

[[Image:Fiesta_jc_npc02_small.jpg|thumb|left]]
----
====Tisbad's Naked Method====

----

====Non-Naked Method====

----

====Extra Tips====

---

<font size = "3">

----

<font size="3">
'''Fmsa's Tip:'''
</font>

==Level 60 Job Change==

This job change quest has 3 parts, good luck!

===Over Time and Spaces 1===

===Over Time and Spaces 2===

===Over Time and Spaces 3===

===Finishing===
When you're done, you'll be spawned back to Town Chief Rumenus and CONGRATULATIONS! You've completed your second job changes quest.

===Job Change Quest Tips===
<font color="#3333CC">

Good luck!
</font>

Finray's tip for clerics: I suggest you run into Lizardmen first, for they have less hp and do more damage. Kill some of them and then bash and trip/bleed like hell on the mobs attacking the NPCs.

Aurum's tip for clerics: Some clerics don't have a +9 mace or hammer, so this quest can be extremely hard for them and almost impossible (I didn't have a +9 weapon so I know what I'm talking about). First, buy a Power T3 scroll. Buy a Defense T3 scroll or a Vitality T3 scroll just in case you don't have a big HP (mobs don't deal a great damage though).

===Ukly's tips for Clerics===

Money Making

201.239.31.91: /* The Money Tree */

Welcome to official Fiestafan's money making guide!

== Basics ==

It's simple. Everyone needs money for grinding, skills, armor, weapons, Etc... This list could go on.

However making money is not that hard as you think. I will list a few basic ways to make money in this game.

=== NPC Selling ===

The most basic way to make quick cash. Just kill mobs, gather their drops and sell them to NPC shops, simple as that.

===Slayhn's Money Making by Reselling===

You need to separate your money into two piles: spending money & working money. If you don't get what I mean, spending money is your allowance, working money is the money that works itself to make you more spending money. I personally like to keep about 90% of my money working. It shows amazing results. Your 10% spending money will end up being 1g+.

Now you ask, well how do I start making money reselling? Buy cheap and sell high. Learn the market. If you want to sell specific items, learn how much people will pay. Items that are constantly used for skill-ups have high demands and people will pay big money for fast skill-ups. If you have a little real money laying around, extra vendor slots yields a lot of money. You always have to be on the hunt for cheap materials/items. Just because someone is selling something for X amount doesn't mean they wont sell for X - Y amount. Don't be shy, haggle with them and get more for your money. In turn, when you sell, haggle and sell more quicker as long as you make a nice profit margin. Buy from desperate people who need money and sell to people who have money. Higher level people tend to be lazy and less frugal. If it is possible, always have a vendor going when you aren't playing. Going AFK for 10 minutes? Put up a vendor and make a little dough. Think about items that people would hate to grind to get.

Remember always have a good amount of money working. Keep it working. It is a circle that will yield great results. If you ever want some tips, feel free to message me. Slayhn - Master Merchant (Bijou)

=== Basic profit breakdown ===

Ok I am going to explain how I am so successful at making money and guarantee everyone that if they follow this tip they will be too. This does take some time to get used to but i promise it will work.

First this is what you will need (you can even make a new charater if you need to)
*Stone Production
*Scroll Production

Those 2 production skills are the most popular and you must use that to your advantage. Here is the breakdown of how to do this correctly.

*Step 1*

*Gather all your materials yourself. Do not buy a single one of them in the beginning as this will bring your profits down by nearly 80%
*After your materials have been gathered dispose of the materials you do not need (Such as potion materials and other various gathered materials) to player stores that have the best price better than the npc. If there are no player shops buying certain materials to the npc they go. There are only a few materials you should keep if there are no player stores buying them at that time and they are, Tough meats and spirit fruits. The potion maker's need these so keep them until you find a player store buying these.

*Make elrue. Do not sell this elrue, Keep this and all elrue you make until you have reached the skill level where you can make Lix (~300c)

*Lix - The thing about Lix is the market is always open for cheep Lix. It is the middle class enchanting stone and it is also material needed for Xir. Once you have reached the ability to make Lix, Keep making elrue and Lix at the same time. Keep this Lix until you have a hundred or so.

*Selling - The point is to make a nice profit. Undercutting someone is okay but undercutting by 100c you just lose out on money. Undercut 1-3 copper if there are a lot of competitors. THERE IS NO REASON TO SELL SOMETHING FOR HALF THE PRICE. you are just losing out on money.

*How to get so many scrolls - Simply save them and sell them in bulk (~100c)

*Methods to not use - I would never recommend buying anything and reselling it for a higher price (But all in all we all know the people that just bought your stones are going to try to sell them for more thus wasting their time for a small profit making you the winner overall)

*The point - Take full advantage of the popularity of the skills use them to your advantage be ruthless when it comes to selling under price anyone and everyone and someday you will be rich too. (more to come soon)

*BEST PLACE TO SELL IS ELDERINE!!!

mike2223312

=== Another way to make easy money ===

*First of all you will need mining skill (Bought through Skill Master Ruby or one of the four skill masters in elderine) and a pickaxe (Bought through one of the item merchants) and a weapon or something to defend yourself with.

*Second : Got to Echo Cave (entrances are found in Forest of Tides, Sand Beach and Sea of Greed

*Third : Find a good spot where usually no one goes to and start mining (note: Slanderer Phinoflies are really annoying if you aren't a high enough level because they constantly attack you and do lots of damage) (Another note: if you aren't over level 25, DO NOT GET NEAR CAVE ARCHMAGE BOOKS!!! They are aggressive and do huge amounts of damage so don't even try to get near one if you aren't a high enough level).

*Fourth : Once you have at least 100 or so Low Quality Copper Ores, a few Copper Ores and a few High Quality Copper ores, go back to town and sell (I prefer to sell my things around the area where you appear at if you die).

*Prices I sell my things for: Copper Ores (Low Quality) = 30 or 35c...Copper Ores = 60c...Copper Ores (High Quality) = 100 to 115c... I haven't sold any Topazes yet so i haven't estimated the price.

*Tip : There is a bigger chance that someone will choose to buy from you over your competition by copying their store title, and addind "CHEAPER" if front of it. For example if your competition has a store named "COPPER ORES", you should name your store "CHEAPER COPPER ORES"

=== Tips on making profits ===
Here are some tips on what to sell and at what prices to get you some profits:
* 1) When you open up your shop to BUY (instead of sell), price your ingredients lower than the product you will sell later on. Though, this already should be common sense.
Ex: I can buy 5c or 6c per spirit fruit AND 7c per Tough Meat, then make HP Pots, and sell them each for 25-35c. (Though I usually do it at 30-33c), and just by that, your 10-11c/ingredients can make up to about 25c profit per HP pot, depending on your price, and if you had 50 HP pots, that's 1s and 250c already! Not the best example, but quick money since HP pots sell pretty fast for me.<br><br>

* 2) Buy ingredients for a skill you don't have for lower the price you can sell it for. NPCing is what, 3-4c sometimes? Give or take? Well, if you buy say, old dusts for 5c or 6c, then sell them for like 8-11c, you can make some profit there. Though it may be a bit slow, it's still good money if you don't have that skill and don't wanna bother selling elrues. (right now, the stone economy is pretty low since everybody has that skill, so I decided to sell the mats and they do sell quick!)<br><br>

* 3) SAVE! SAVE! SAVE! Yeah, saving money does help. :P Basically save up, don't buy a skill or weapon you don't really really need until you figure you do need it. <br><br>

* 4) QUEST! In simple terms, (some) quests give you good exp and a reasonable amount of money. Heh.<br><br>

* 5) Slime KQ -- try it! I think slime KQs give the best prizes (well, this is based from my own personal experience), but still, KQs in general can give you really awesome prizes. If you do enough slime KQs, you can level really fast and maybe have tons of pre-enhanced weapons or something to sell.
My first KQ I got a +6 wep, then a +5 and then a lot of +2s and +3s. I enhanced them up to +4s and +5s if lucky, and sold it for QUITE a profit altogether. (: Though, haha, this is pretty time consuming if you don't get anything good.<br><br>

* 6) Grinding during your higher levels -- Again, in simple terms: Good EXP (if you're grinding with the right crowd) and a good or great amount of money when you NPC drops. <br><br>

* 7) Farming -- Farming herbs or stuff on high-lvled maps can really be helpful when you NPC it. However, it's pretty time-consuming and sometimes you might die, if you get mobbed.

Best way if your feeling strong. If you fight Marlone or King Marlone there's a chance of getting a special weapon (+ i think too) from him. If you ever get these sell them for a HIGH PROFIT. I would recommend level 29 for King Marlone and level 29+ for Marlone. Fighteruser

There's a great spot in AEW (Ancient Elven Woods) that has tons of woods around. The only problem is that if you're too low lvl, someone could drag back a Spider Queen, and kill everyone there. Also, because it's so great, many people get very territorial over it. I'll up date with coords in a minute, but for anyone that's been there, it's in the Red Trumpy zone. booyah8877

* 8) Mining is a great way to make money! If you go to Uruga Golden Cave and mine gold, then sell to NPC you make a great deal of money!
Feel free to add on!

==Advanced Methods==

===Alchemy===
The most common choice for money making is Alchemy. Alchemy is divided into 5 portions in Fiesta.
Another great way to make money is doing quests for fame and then buying alchemy stones from item merchant Nina in Elderine any level of them will do but to make the best profit you buy level 1 alchemy stones and sell the for 20 copper to 15 copper i sell them for 17 copper each in quantities of 5 sets of 50. if you sell them for this price you will make 850 copper every 50 alchemy stones and if you sell them in quantities of 5 sets of 50 each you will make close to 4 silver be aware they sell very fast.

====Potion Production====
Potion Production is more difficult and chosen less often as the Stone Production skill. Potions require at least three materials, and the price most will buy at will be around 20-30c. Vending potions will be difficult, so it is not recommended for those with little patience. However, there is benefit from being able to create you own potions, so while this may not be the best money making skill, it could be a useful skill to have overall.

====Stone Production====
Stone Production is also a very popular Alchemy skill. Required for enhancement, enhancement stones usually bring a decent price. Due to the large number of stones used and the high rate of failure, there will always be a demand for enhancement stones, despite the large number of people taking up the skill.

====Material Composition====
This skill will require copious amounts of capital. From the beginning, there will be very little profit, if any at all. After a certain point, there will be possibility for profit.

====Material Decomposition====
Similar to Material Composition, this skill will require capital as well. However, there is profit almost immediately - Tier 2 ingredients can be decomposed into Tier 1 items, which can usual counterbalance the costs for production. A bit more profit can be generated from Material Decomposition over Material Composition, but not much.

==The Economy==

===The Money Tree===

Here I will explain the Economy. I hope you understand and use it to decide which way your going to take.

1. Farmers - The lowest branch of the tree, they farm mats; since no money is spent acquiring the mats, whatever the revenue from their sale is pure profit. This is one of the best ways to make money.

2. Decomposition - The second lowest branch of the tree, involves buying materials to decompose and sell. Also provides good profit.

3. The Middleman - Buys mats for a high price, uses them to create new products, then sells those products for a low price while still pulling a small profit. The goal here is to constantly move products, upgrade your production skills, and sell better products for a cheaper rate so you are constantly buying and selling. It's low profit in the beginning, but only improves with time.

4. The Vendors - People who vend for long periods of time, selling things at retail price. Receives good profit per sale, but sales are generally slow. Similar in profit to the middleman, although much less work is involved in this area as no gathering or making is needed.

===Compose/Decompose===
(This method is combining the 3rd and 4th tiers of the money tree.)

Proceed at your own risk....

I started making money by using the compose/decompose combo. Buy vanished signs, compose and sell signs of trace. Buy dim dusts, decompose and sell old dust. etc, etc, etc. Risk involved: getting bored out of your mind and never playing the game again. >< That's what happened to me. When I quit (about 4 months ago, after a few weeks of doing nothing but moneymaking) I had around 300s with the materials on hand for 9 gold. (Takes to dang long to sell 30,000ish old dusts!) 500+ of ea dim.
