Titles are obtained by doing various things in-game. There are hundreds of titles and not all of them have been discovered yet. You can change your title by opening the character window and clicking change by the title.

Miraculous Enhancer - Successfully enhance nine items without failure.

Lucky Enhancer - Successfully enhance one item to +5.

Unlucky Enhancer - Fail to enhance three items in a row or more.
