Like most MMORPG games, Fighters in Fiesta Online act as the main basher or frontliner in the battle field. They are the melee class that wields swords and axes. They also have the highest possible HP and defense since they can wield the best armor as well and they get a large amount of END per level.

Full STR stats build, you can deal damage too high, and sometimes in an boss or party attack you start getting attacked because your damage is the highest, and most monsters attack who the most who has the highest aggro.

*With a one handed sword and a shield that will be used to boost their stats of damage like SPR and STR.

*Two handed sword is not recommended because it is so slow as a axe and hits less.

*Really the Two handed Axe is a weapon for this build, with very high damages you kill several enemies using their skills only once.

''Tanking'' - While partying with other people, fighters usually become what is known as a tank. They hit the monster first to make it come after them. A cleric in the party continuously heals the tank while the others bombard the monster with attacks.

Fighters working with clerics, clerics cannot resurrect and defend themselves or attack. If you notice a rez effort, suggest you help protect the cleric. If you feel like helping but don't want a "kill steal" name, bash the critter, stun it and move on;
Clerics can handle a substantial mob without help. They will just take a lot of time. Feel free to stab one of the mob hitting on the cleric as long as it isn't the one being fought. Some clerics might mind this but it is not technically kill stealing because the cleric is not hitting on every bad guy so you are probably not in trouble.

Thanks to their strength, fearlessness and superb combat skills, fighters are always ready to take on any enemy. The powerhouse and mainstay of any party, fighters battle foes at close range while allies support them from all sides. With the slash of a sword, or the swing of an axe, all you will hear is the death cry of enemies.

Fighters can equip a 1H (1-handed) sword and shield or a 2H (2-handed) sword or axe. They can only wear armor specific to their class and level. Main attributes are Strength (for damage) and Endurance (for more hit points and defense). To increase your SP (spirit points), ability to use more skills and chance for critical hits, try adding some points to spirit. For your skill empowers (under skills button "K" key), focus on increasing damage output at first. You can also save all your skill empowers till level 20 and put all the damage increase to 2H skills. A tanker build often reduces the cool down of their taunts, Snearing Kick and Mock.

Skill empower will also enable you to increase the duration of a fighter's stun skill. You can empower skills beginning at level 3.
