FitzChevalerie: /* Basic Methods */

Basics
Money
1000 c = 1 s
1000 s = 1 g
100 g = 1 Gem

Basic Methods
There are a few basic ways of making money in Fiesta.

*Sell mob-drops to NPCs and Player-Shops.
:Selling drops directly to NPCs is the easiest and fastest way to get money, though it will likely also net you the least profit. NPCs 'buy' most materials and items for far less than their potential value in the market. The only items you should vend to NPCs are items you know that noone will buy (eg- low grade materials/poorly-statted equipment/copper/silver/gold lumps) and items that are too much trouble to find buyers for in comparison to their price.
*Set-up a shop and sell drops directly to other players.
:A better alternative to selling to NPCs, setting up your own shop lets you dictate the price you can get for your items and gives you more control. Bear in mind however, that buyers won't necessarily buy at the prices you charge, you have to set a price that you can both agree on. Don't bother trying to sell items that players don't want, you'll only waste space that could have been better used for a better-selling item.
*Completing quests rewards a small amount of money.
:All quests reward an amount of money upon completion along with the Fame and Experience. Though the amounts of money may be small, the number of quests you will undertake will add a not inconsiderable amount to your purse.
*Develop your Production Skills, refine materials into more useful products (stones/scrolls/potions etc.) and sell to other players.
:One of the most time-consuming methods, Alchemists take raw-materials and turn them into stones/potions/scrolls etc. There are five Production Skills that a character may undertake, but only two possible per character. Good use of Alchemy gives you more moneys worth out of your materials.
*Cash-Shop Method = requires large amounts of real-life cash and a willingness to use it.
:Buy large amounts of red and blue enhancement stones and trade in-game money for enhancement 'services.' An 'easy' way to get large amounts of in-game money quickly, but one that costs heavily in real money.
*Lucky House is like a casino.Of course you need to risk your own money to make more money. Can be payful after level 70 because you can bet 1gold lvl 40-69=100 silver. The more you can bet,the more you can win.
*What you may also do is, create a noob character. Then join a academy and hurry up and get to level 15. Use the leveling guide that suits your class to help you. After you have reached 15 bank all your money and then withdraw all your money to your main. Good Luck!

The Money Tree
The Economy and its sub-divisions.

* Farmers - The lowest branch of the tree. They farm materials; since no money is spent acquiring the mats, whatever the revenue from their sale is pure profit. This is one of the best ways to make money.
* Decomposition - The second lowest branch of the tree. Involves buying materials to decompose and sell. Also provides good profit.
* The Middleman - Buys mats for a high price. Uses them to create new products, then sells those products for a low price while still pulling a small profit. The goal here is to constantly move products, upgrade your production skills, and sell better products for a cheaper rate so you are constantly buying and selling. It's low profit in the beginning, but only improves with time.
* The Vendors - People who vend for long periods of time, selling things at retail price. Receives good profit per sale, but sales are generally slow. Similar in profit to the middleman, although much less work is involved in this area as no gathering or making is needed.

Though there are four distinct branches in the tree, no player is purely one or the other. It is very likely that one will adopt a combination of said methodologies and change depending on circumstance.

Tips
Advertise
*Use the Party-Matching window as a Bulletin-Board.
*Advertise. Use /shout though don't become too much of a bother.
*Have a distinctive store-title. Or you'll get lost in a crowd.
*Establish a network of frequent buyers/sellers. Make a name for having good prices and a good reputation in general. No one wants to deal with someone who may cheat them.
*Set-up shops where it makes sense. Watch for areas of high traffic-density or choke-points through which lots of people pass. Sell stones and equipment near weapon NPCs, scrolls near portal gates, materials near Storage/Item Merchants etc.

Discern
*Use Material Composition and Decomposition wisely to aid your other Production Skills.
*Vend items in shop instead of selling to NPC when you can. Only NPC items you know players won't buy.
*Develop and use your production skills. Refining materials into a finished product multiplies its value.
*Learn the values of statted-drops. A good rule-of-thumb for the maximum stat-bonus an equip can have, is to take the level requirement of the item and halve it. Thus, a level 50 statted-drop would have a supposed maximum +25 DEX, +25 STR, +25 INT, +25 END and +25 SPR. Equips that reach the thresh-holds of their respective highest possible bonuses can sell for very high amounts, their value multiplying if enhanced. You must of course take into account which stats are on the equipment's bonus, a Mage for example won't pay as much for STR as he might for END. Familiarize yourself with the market and see what you can get away with.

Be Frugal
*Haggle if you can.
*Save money. Don't buy equipment or skills you don't really need.
*Make wise use of your storage. Store valuable items and equipment and NPC low-value items.
*Keep most of your money in storage. Helps prevent impulse and accidental purchases.
*Browse Shops while on a mount. You cannot buy anything on a mount so this prevents impulse purchases and accidents.
*Make multiple characters and use the extra storage. Assign different production skills and use the common storage to move things around.

Work the Market
*Know the price of things. Do not under-price or overpay.
*Buy cheap. Sell high. Be on the lookout for bargains and blow-outs, sell for a reasonable but higher price later.
*Undercut competition. Check who else is selling what you are. Sell for a few coppers lower. Make sure everyone knows it.
*Some items are more in-demand than others. Certain materials/items are needed to complete quests. Players are usually willing to pay a premium when in a hurry.

Specific Methods
Level 10 - 20:

*Farm apples from woods in Forest of Mist. Sell them at 1s - 5s.
*Join an academy. You will get rewards every time you leveled.
*At lvl 12 you can collect Roumen and Elderine return scrolls by doing the Disease Carriers Quest repeatable quest from Ancient Templar Maria in Roumen. After talking to Ancient Templar Maria, use the teleport portal to go to Forest of Mist. Walk past the bridge and you will find an area filled with Ratmen. Defeat 5 of them, use the portal to teleport back to Roumen and talk to Ancient Templar Maria to claim the reward. Repeat the quest until you leveled. Roumen Scrolls will sell for 20s each, Elderine Scrolls sell for 25-30s each.

Level 20 - 30:
*Farm materials in the abyss. There is a chance that you will get lucky and blessed stones.

Level 30 - 40:
*Farm materials in the abyss. LQ Slime Jelly has good demand.
*Farm boss weapons, boss rings and lvl 20/35 set items from Zombie King in Graveyard of the Dead.

Level 40 - 50:
*Farm materials in the abyss. Summoned Beast Leather and Summoned Beast Tail have good demand.
*Farm boss weapons, boss rings and lvl 35/55 set items from Giant Goblin King in Concealed Peak.
*At level 47 (only), you can collect T2 concentration scrolls by doing the A Secretive Request repeatable quest from Blacksmith Karl in Elderine. Go to Goblin Camp and kill Goblin Captains to obtain 30 Goblin Captain's Helmets. Every time you complete this quest, you get 2 of T2 concentration scrolls, which can be sold for at least 20s each. Repeat the quest until you leveled.

Level 50 - 60:
*Farm materials in the abyss. Sign of Trace has good demand.
*Farm boss weapons, boss rings and lvl 55 set items from Torturer King in Bonds of Darkness.

Level 60 - 70:
*Run Crystal Castle. You can get rare recipes as well as lvl 55/75 set items.
*Spider's Assault Kingdom Quest gives good rewards (10 of each random T4 potions/scrolls & 30 of each random stone/potion/scroll materials). The materials can be sold for a good price or be used to produce stones, potions and scrolls.
*Farm boss weapons, boss rings and lvl 55/75 set items from Giant Orc Captain in Land of Trials.
*Harvest gold ores from Golden Cave in Uruga. Either NPC them or decompose them into MQ or HQ silver ores and vend those.
*If you are a mage, after lvl 67 you can start powerleveling lvl 40-55 players in lvl 60 abyss for money. Preferably you have a +10/+9 weapon. First you draw a huge mob, then cast nova and inferno around yourself and suicide. The powerleveled noob will get insane EXP from the mobs which will die from the AOEs (after you suicided).

Level 70 - 80:
*King Kong Phino's Mess Kingdom Quest gives good rewards (15 of each random T4 potions/scrolls & 50 of each random stone/potion/scroll materials). The materials can be sold for a good price or be used to produce stones, potions and scrolls.
*Farm dangerous toadstools at Uruga or Ancient Elven Woods. Ramsears also have good demand.
*You can get rare recipes from the lvl 70 abyss if you are lucky.

Level 80 - 90:
*Run Dragon's Tomb. You can get rare recipes as well as lvl 75/85 set items.
*Grind in Flaming Mine. Bellow Knight weapons are dropped from Bellow Knights and Bellow Knight Lord weapons are dropped from Bellow Knight Lord.
*You can get lvl 70 blue weapons from the lvl 80 abyss if you are lucky.

Level 90 - 120:
*Farm T4 dusts and blue jewelleries in Temple of Spirit.
*Lvl 100 KQ rewards enhanced T4 weapons which can be dismantled to make karises.

Other methods:
*If you don't use/care about your fame, you can 'buy' alchemy stones and sell them.
*Use the composition/decomposition combo. Sign of traces, summoned beast leathers (MQ), common toadstools, violets, HQ copper ores are always in good demand if you can make them.
*Duo in Tower of Iyzel as far as Dust Golem. Kill only the Golem - ignore the other mobs. Collect the drops and NPC them. At ~20s per run, and each run lasting 3mins, you can get about 400s per hour. Just make sure you can easily take the Dust Golem suffering little or no damage.
*Buy Uruga and Alberstoll Ruins return scrolls and re-sell them for about 200s and 500s respectively.
*Make Karis and sell them. Karises are special Enhancement Stones that make weapons from +9 to +10. A Karis can be created by destroying enhanced items at the Healers. Karis can be sold at 500s to 1g, depending on which server. To make a Karis, you need one of the following enhanced items:
- +9 T1 weapon = 1 Karis
- +7 T2 weapon = 1 Karis
- +8 T2 weapon = 2 Karises
- +9 T2 weapon = 3 Karises
- +6 T3 weapon = 1 Karis
- +7 T3 weapon = 2 Karises
- +8 T3 weapon = 3 Karises
- +9 T3 weapon = 4 Karises
etc

FitzChevalerie: /* Preparations */

Introduction
Throughout your gaming experience in Fiesta, you will encounter various times where you will be presented with an opportunity to advance your "job," or class. As of now, there are three opportunities to do so: Once at level 20, once at level 60 and once at level 100 where you will have to choose between 2 branches within your class(which are specific to the weapon you favor and the skills you would like).

Level 20 Job Change
The difficulty level is somewhat dependent on your class. Assuming base stats, a mage will have the hardest time. However, with the use of scrolls, there should not be any great difficulty. It is not recommended to enter the dungeon without some kind of temporary stat boost, eg. Endure buff, Vitality + HP + Defense scrolls. More details follow.

Preparations
You're encouraged to have the following at hand:
* Surplus of HP and SP Potions (stones are less useful in certain situations - see below)
* A few sets of Aim, Vitality, Defense, and Evasion scrolls for the dungeon
* Elderine/Roumen scrolls to save time walking around
* Your favourite mover
Note: at low levels, having a vitality scroll + buff means the amount of HP healed by a HP stone constitutes a tiny proportion of total HP, and may lead to panic

Starting the quest
When you hit 20, head to Guard Captain Shutian in Elderine and accept the "If you wish to be stronger" quest. You must select the correct answer, "Promotion, right?" in order to continue. Accept the next quest from Shutian, "Road to promotion!" which will send you to Grand Master Sean in Forest of Mists. When you've completed "Road to promotion!", Sean will give you another quest, "Over the huddles, to higher places!" and then another quest, "Road to Promotion [Promotion Quest]". When you are fully prepared for the Shadow Dungeon, accept the Road to Promotion [Promotion Quest]".

Grand Master Sean can be found in Forest of Mist:

Before you go to Grand Master Sean for the last part, make sure you have stocked up on all your HP/SP stones, potions and scrolls. This will save some time traversing the Forest of Mist.

Be sure to have at least one open slot in your inventory before entering the Shadow Dungeon to accept the "Sign of Promotion".

Dungeon of Shadow
Before entering the dungeon, enable the scrolls (Aim, Defense, Vitality, and Evasion are recommended), and have an Endure buff if possible.

You will have 20 minutes to complete this part.

Tips
* Shadow stats:
** Shadow Fighter: 7980 HP
** Shadow Archer: 5563 HP
** Shadow Cleric: 5260 HP
** Shadow Mage: 4468 HP
** Shadow Trickster: 6772 HP
* Death in the Job Change quest will not result in the loss of experience.
* The Dungeon of Shadow is similar to a KQ. You can obtain KQ titles from this instance.
* All those groaning about the difficulty of this beginner quest show utter disregard for Scrolls. Tip in the updated fiesta you dont have to find the shadow key.
* It is helpful to have taken out the Shadow Marlone Clan members before the final room. In the first dark hall, navigate towards the corners. The strange lighting should allow you to see the bleak outlines of these enemies. If you defeat the two mobs here, you will not need to deal with them when you fight your shadow and stone golems later.
* If you have been kindly Endure buffed and arrive at the final battle in the dungeon with a tier 2 vitality scroll, beware that your HP stones will still heal the normal amount of HP - do not let your HP settle too low. You may have a much bigger HP reserve, but the rate at which you can heal has not changed.

Myths
The biggest myth of them all is that your shadow has a replica of your character's equipment. While visually this appears to be the case, in all practical manners the shadow is a just regular enemy with predetermined stats. Approaches such as the 'naked methods' do work at the beginning, if you take off your armor before the first battle, and before you enter the last room. For ranged attackers, the shadow will be treated just like a regular mob in the last battle. Be Warned, the first battle, for ranged and non-ranged, if you move to a farther location, the shadow will act like a ranged opponent.

Overview
Upon entry to the dungeon, you will meet your shadow for the first time. If you used scrolls, then the short battle that ensues is trivial. The shadow will flee after its HP has been reduced by a few hundred points, but you may not follow until it has moved far away due to a immobility buff. Right-clicking it to remove the buff enables you to move again. Follow the shadow and encounter 2 Shadow Kebings in the corridor. Again, these are trivial if you have scrolls on. Beware that using ranged attacks at the corner may cause your character to become stuck (and you will have to try again).

The door to the next part opens when the two Shadow Kebings fall. In this hall, there are 3 skeleton archers and 3 skeleton warriors. Pick them off one at a time. These should pose no problem for a scrolled up character. The doorway to the next part opens once the skeletons are defeated.

In the next corridor, three more Shadow Kebings await. After that, proceed towards the next hall, and suddenly darkness will fall. The way to the final battle is along the light's path, but see tips for a better approach.

HINT: Before following the blue beam, take off your armor until the room lights up. Then, put back on your armor. You will see your shadow with no armor on. This will make a big difference, making the fight easier.

When you reach the glowing orb at the end, the room will light up, and if you move back a little, your clone will attack you. At this point, if you have not defeated the Shadow Marlone Clan Fighter and Shadow Marlone Clan Archer in the previous dark hall, they will run towards you and attack you as well. As you fight in this room, the stone figures on the side all around will animate themselves and target you at regular time intervals.

The best approach is not to panic and simply pick off the easy enemies first. The idea is that although you may have a bigger HP reserve with Endure buff and vitality scrolls, you can still only heal as fast as you could before. Therefore you do not want a possible group of 4 enemies hitting 40 each per turn. Start with the Shadow Marlone Clan members if you have not done so previously, then the Stone Golems. If you followed the recommendation of deploying a set of scrolls, you should find that it is sufficient to use only tier 1 potions to maintain your HP reserve. Be calm, and remember not to panic or flee. Due to both HP and SP potion triggering the same cool down timer, if you are not a cleric, be sensible about when you use an SP potion. Clerics should also be sensible about using Heal - if possible, use HP potions instead so that you actually deal damage.

At the end of the quest, after talking to Grand Master Sean to finish it, you will get a level up announcement about your character.

Level 60 Job Change
This job change quest has 3 parts, good luck!

Over Time and Space 1
To start the quest, talk to Grand Master Sean in Forest of Mist. He will ask you to deliver something to Town Chief Roumenus, this quest item will appear in your inventory.

Grand Master Sean will then teleport you to a "fake" Roumen, where you'll see a few level 1 NPCs with "???" as names and Town Chief Roumenus by the fountain. Click on Town Chief Rumenus and all of them will turn into Bloody Zombies. Buying anything will not work, so it is advised to restone before entering.

Zombies can cast poisons, but they don't hit too hard (from a Cleric's point of view). Kill all the zombies, work your way up the town to where Grandpa Robin would be and you should find all the Zombies.

When you've killed all the Zombies, (it will count down for you from 10 Zombies), you'll be teleported back next to Grand Master Sean in Forest of Mist. DO NOT talk to Sean again unless you want to kill Zombies again. Go to the real Roumen and to the Town Chief to cash in your quest.

Over Time and Space 2
Once you talk to the Town Chief Roumenus you will be teleported to a weird room comprised of cards and everything you associate with a casino. In the center there is a roulette. You simply pick a dice and spin the roulette by clicking the pole thing in the middle. If your lucky the marker will land on the dice that you selected. In which case a barrier to another room is opened.

If you aren't lucky and the light didn't land on your dice, then some mobs will appear, which you have to kill before trying again.

The Archers which spawn (Slave of Joker) are easier to kill than the Fighters (Slave of Gamble), so kill off the Archers first.

You then simply kill the Gambler King Joker. He's relatively easy but he stuns, so use your potions and don't be stingy. Kill him and its over. You will be teleported back to Roumen with the Town Chief.

Over Time and Space 3
Talk to the Town Chief in Roumen again. This time something strange happens and you are ported back in time, into the Ancient Elven Woods. You will be given 5 minutes to find Elf Chief Elderine and Hero Roumen (which isn't hard at all, just follow the path and it turns towards the right). You will find Elderine and Roumen standing by the campfire.

Then the next part lasts 20 minutes. Chaser Elves and Hunter Lizardmen will spawn. Your task is to keep Roumen and Elderine alive for 20 minutes. Monsters will spawn in waves, each wave with more monsters. Within the last minutes you will be flooded with tons of monsters coming from both directions.

The monsters themselves are pretty weak, but your goal is to keep the two alive. Fighters can mock and devastate to control aggro. The mob's deal very little damage so you can easily tank up to 30 or 40 monsters as an axe user. Archers can AoE poison and area shoot to keep aggro. Mages of course can AOE the heck out of the monsters. Clerics may have a more difficult time as they cannot cannot heal Roumen and Elderine, although they could keep aggro by healing large amount( only for monster thats not attacked by NPCs)

In the last waves there are more monsters than any classes' AOE can handle. In which case your main goal is to keep as many of the monsters off of Elderine and Roumen as possible.Roumen and Elderine will heal over time in between waves, however if either of them dies before 20 minutes are up, you'll have to do part 3 all over again. When the timer runs out, any remaining mobs will disappear.

When you're done, you'll be spawned back to Town Chief Rumenus and CONGRATULATIONS! You've completed your second Job-Changes Quest.

Job Change Quest Tips
*Do not panic.
*Completing the Job Quest without enhanced equipment or scrolls is very possible, but not recommended. Apply common sense.
*Clerics will have the most difficulty with this Job-Change. Players have to keep the NPCs alive but this is difficult for Clerics as they cannot heal the NPCs.
*Don't bother removing the poison the Zombies debuff you with in the first part. They have a high chance of inflicting it so it's only a waste of time.
*Remember in the 3rd part of the job changing quest, you have to "keep aggro" from the NPCs.

Control the Spawn
*When monsters spawn, they usually do so in two groups on different sides of the map. Try to run up to one group and have them attack you first. You can see where they are going to spawn because of the spawn animation on the map. The other group will likely target the NPCs, so concentrate on those first.
*The monster's spawn points are fixed, but the position of Roumen and Elderine is not. So move Elderine and Roumen, with the help of the mobs(the NPCs attack the mobs, and the mobs attack/follow you). It works as long they are attacking, because after that they move slowly back to their bad original position. During every lull period after a mob-spawn, move up to the camp where the monsters will spawn. And because they can't find Roumen and Elderine (who you moved away from the camp) they will all attack you. Move back and wait for the next wave, but make sure to keep aggro.

Choose your Targets
* Kill the Lizardmen first, for they have less hp and do more damage.
*Try to prioritize taking mobs first off Elderine, then Roumen. Roumen can take more damage.
*If you have already taken a majority of the mobs off Elderine and Roumen, attack what they are attacking. This not only prevents the mob from targeting the NPCs but the combined damage from your attacks and Elderine's/Roumen's will kill them faster.
*At many points in this part, monsters and NPCs are often overlapping and clustered together making it difficult to individually target the mobs attacking the NPCs. This is only a problem for Clerics and their lack of AoE skills. Move slightly away from Elderine and Roumen, this will drag the monsters that you've already aggroed out of the group, and make it clear which monsters are left that you have to get off the NPCS.

Aggro Control
*Contrary to popular belief, trying to attract aggro through spamming Heal and Rejuvenate is not effective. Healing yourself does however increase aggro on Mobs that have already targeted you. Mobs who have targeted the NPCs and have already been attacked by the NPCs should be killed first, as they are hardest to attract the attention of.
*There's less chance of Roumen and Elderine dying if you prioritize taking aggro off the NPCs rather than trying to kill the monsters. Especially if you are a Cleric, try to draw all the mob's aggro to yourself instead of killing the mobs.
*Another Cleric-specific tip. You can choose either to kill all the mobs as quickly as possible, or lower your defense to attract more aggro through healing.
Clerics
**Most Clerics who go into the Job-Change buff up using scrolls and potions. Using a high-tier defense scroll will negate mob-damage and using a strength increase potion kills off the mobs quicker.
**The unusual tip is to remove your armor/to not use a defense scroll or in summary, do the Job-Change with decreased defense. The benefit to removing your armor is contrary to common sense; so that one may receive more damage and thus aggro more by healing. Because Heal/Rejuvenate generates only so much aggro as it heals, if it heals only a small amount, only a small amount of aggro is generated. This will greatly help you keep aggro on those mobs that are already targeting you but note that you still have to attack those mobs attacking the NPCs to get their attention.

Level 100 Job Change Quest
The third Job Change is called "Prestige". You get to choose between two class splits.
This is by far the easiest and most boring job change yet.
Just talk to NPCs.

*Talk to Fire Stone, then Wind, then Tree, then Earth and then Water.
*Talk to the Town Chief in AR.
*Talk to the Blacksmith in AR.
*Talk to the Skill Master in AR.
*Talk to the Item Merchant in AR.
*Talk to the Town Chief in AR twice.
*Talk to the Town Chief in Roumen.
*Talk to Lord Elbama in Elderine.
*Talk to the Town Chief in Uruga.
*Talk to Dark Elf in Forest of Mist.
*Talk to Kid Woz in Elderine.
*Talk to Town Chief in AR twice.
*Talk to Fire Stone, then Water, then Earth, and then Tree.
*Talk to the Town Chief in AR and then choose your class. You will get a green server message for everyone to see your achievement.
*Then, after that, go to NPCs in all towns and accept the rewards. They range from things like T5 scrolls, potions, etc.

Note that you do not recieve a weapon like the other job changes.

* Your favourite mover
* To make your shadow easier, remove all your armors, jewelry, weapon before accept the quest. After you are in the place put them back and remove them again when you follow the blue light till your shadow lose his idle state.

Tips
* Shadow stats:

When you're done, you'll be spawned back to Town Chief Rumenus and CONGRATULATIONS! You've completed your second Job-Changes Quest.

* Be level 20 or higher
* 1 G

To create a guild, talk to one of Guild Manager Brom in Roumen, Guild Manager Fredrick in Elderine or Guild Manager Lump in Uruga.

Click on "Creation" and a window will come up for you to enter your guild name, choose whether the guild has the ability to declare war, and set a password for the guild.

When you click "OK", a confirmation box saying "xxx guild has been created" will appear.

Note that the level requirement applies to the character creating the guild. The Master status may be transferred to a lower level character later.
*Note that after transfer the guild master ,you will have to wait 7 days to transfer again

Guild Hierarchy
Master - Only one guild master per guild. By default, the character that created the guild is the Guild Master. They have the ability to
* Change other guild members rank (including promoting a member to Guild Master Ranking, new Guild Master can be of any level).
* Add characters into the guild
* Ban a member (and academy members) from the guild
Member - Ordinary guild members with no extra privileges.

Note - Member is the default rank when first invited into a guild.

Guild War
Guilds that choose to enable the option at their creation may take part in Guild Wars. Any Guild may declare on any other that has enabled it. There is no restriction on time (subject to a cool down time after a previous declaration) or place, participants can fight in any map, at any time.

Procedure
*An Admin or the Master must first find the guild they wish to war on the guild list. You can only declare on one guild at a time, but there is no limit on the number of guilds that can simultaneously declare on a single guild.
*Once the target has been found, the Master or Admin must confirm their declaration of war. An announcement then ensues in alarming bold red text reporting the encounter on the screens of both the members of the guild that declared the war and those who were declared on. The announcement states the name of the guild who declared/who was declared upon.
*There is a 5-minute period of time that follows the declaration of a war. The names of members of the opposing guild/s appear in red, though they still may not be inflicted with damage.
*Once the 5 minutes has lapsed, a second announcement appears. The target guild members may now be damaged. Every time you kill a member of an opposing guild, you receive a number of points. The tally of points is shown in the Guild-Menu and whichever guild has the most points at the end of the War wins.
*After a declaration of war, you may not declare another one until the timer on the guild war screen runs out.

Notes
*There is currently no reward or added function for Guild Wars.
*Recruitment of new members is disallowed for the aggressor for the duration of the war. This means that the passive guild may bring in supporters to aid them at any time they wish.
*Clerics who are not members of the participating guilds can cast passive spells on the participants. This is generally not reccommended because it will draw all kinds of insults from the on-lookers.

Guild Academy
Every guild has an Academy. Any player from level 1 to 40 may join a guild's academy. Academy members are not involved in guild wars, and will only see chat in the Academy tab. Ordinary guild members will be able to see the Academy chat and Guild chat.

Academy Rewards
Academy rewards are drawn from Guild Storage. Each time an academy member levels (from level 10 to 60), rewards will be given to members. Rewards can be in the form of money and/or items.

To set up academy rewards:

*Talk to Guild Manager NPC in town. Click on "Academy".

*Click on "Reward Setting" to enter the amount of money an Academy Member may receive each time they level.

*Click on "Item Reward Setting" to set the number of items an academy member may receive for each level.

Hall of Fame
An academy member graduates when they reach level 60 (depending on guild). Their names are listed in the guild's Hall of Fame. Academy members do not automatically become guild members. However, they are also not removed from the academy once graduated. They may continue to access academy chat as long as they don't leave the academy, but no further rewards are available.

Guild Buff & Academy Ranking
Each time an academy member (level 10 to 60) levels, the guild is given guild points, and the whole guild plus academy members receive a guild buff (5% increase attack rate, 5% increase defence rate). Duration of the guild buff depends on the level that the academy members achieved. If another academy member levels before the last academy member's guild buff runs out, the duration of the buff will stack.

Academy points are achieved through academy members leveling. Each week (Starting from Thursday), the seven guilds on each server with the most academy points receive an entire week of guild buffs. Academy guild ranking can be accessed via Guild Manager in town, it is also shown under academy tab on your friend list.

Guild Storage
Guild storage can be accessed via Guild Manager NPCs in town.

Any member can deposit items into Guild Storage, but only the Guild Master can withdraw directly from guild storage.

Known Guild Issues
Bulletin glitch
If many players are changing the bulletin at the same time, there is a chance you will get a "C++ Buffer overrun" error, where the specific character in that guild will be unable to log on. Only when the guild is deleted can this be fixed.
