Outdated?

The skills are either out of date, or my Fiesta's information panels are bugged. This is what my Fire Bolt [02] (Disregard the empowerment of Damage +50) looks like, compared to the Fire Bolt [02] on these pages:

Mine : [1]

Guide : [2]

There's quite a difference. Can someone verify which ones are accurate?

"I think they were from before open beta. As I get access to them I'll update as much possible since I'm already not spending empowerment points so I can see the changes from every +point at each rank of the spell. ~Kedell"
