King Kong Phino is Located in the kingdom Quest "King Kong Phino Assault" And usually the GM events held in Elderine, It is incredibly powerful, And a one hit kill to most people below level 65+, It has a Gargantuan-class Area of Effect move and a large amount of HP, If you are not a high level, Survival is not garunteed.
