"Things in here will drop green armor with good stats, or weapons or anything. Teir 2 pots, Teir 2/3 Stones, and lots of Dim Dusts for you low levels."
Is it proven that "green armor with good stats, or weapons or anything" drops more commonly in there? I know tier 2 stones are common.
Is it impossible to enter if you are not 30-39?
