-	Marathon Titles, Chatting Titles(Staying silent ones) - Turn off all players around you(Shift + Z) or go to an deserted area in a city/town and turn off Shouts, Normal, and Whisper, then do one of the emotion(V) that's continuous, such as Sit, Dance 2, Dance 3, Dance 4, lastly, just leave it there and don't open any new browsers, if you opened one, don't go to another site, you might get disconnected.

Titles are obtained by doing various things in-game. There are hundreds of titles and not all of them have been discovered yet. You can change your title by opening the character window and clicking change by the title.
