Level 20 Hobby Horse (Flies faster and uses less stones)

I cant prove the information correct or wrong, but I was riding a wooden horse, and a hobby passed me up. So I believe the lvl 20's are faster (unless they had a speed scroll or something)

Hobby Horses consume 2/1000 of the flotation stone credits while the Wooden Horses consume 10/1000.
