Help? I'm looking for a webcam...

I've got an old logitech one, but its crappy and it makes these white noise after i use it for a few mins... other new logitech ones are expensive! (like $100+?) I want one with in built mic... I searched ebay, and there's HEAPS for just $20 or so... My question: Anyone knows any cheap webcam they would recommend (< $40ish..) or know wat i should be looking for (spec-wise), for a good webcam? (fps, resolution, sensor - watever this is?!)
