I hate talking to Machines!

Our work phone bill has been overcharged again!!

ever since we got conned into changing to a "cheaper" plan, we've been paying like $400-600 MORE for our phone bill...

one of the plans was suppose to have changed 2 months ago, but it didnt!! so now i have to call up and tell them off for doing that to us AGAIN

but all i get is the machine...

"Hello, I'm Lara. I'm here to help you. All you have to do is talk to me! In just a few words, tell me what you want to do."

"You want to make an account enquiry? Is that right?"

"What is your number?"

"your number is zero-four-one-three-seven-eight-night-one-two-three. Is that right?" (Fake number of coz)

"One moment please, while I transfer you to a colleague"

-On hold music-

"i'm sorry, we're having some technical difficulties, you will have to hang up and try again."

ARRRGGHHH!!!! i did that twice and got nowhere! cant i talk to a human?!?!

What happens if you just press the 0? A lot of times you can zero-out to get a live person. Maybe not with that company, but you could try it.

yeah~ what's the bet that all those ppl that are employed are sitting at the back of the office going "why are we getting calls today, everyone is happy with our service!" but the fact is their broken machine wont put the calls through

My friend works as one of those "colleagues" you're meant to get transferred to. Apparently they're their own firm and aren't really part of the company. They're a bunch of people in a separate agency trained to pick up calls for a number of companies.

Anyway, to the point.

He was playing ping pong while putting a lady on hold LOL.

I thought those "colleagues" are separate from the ppl at little branches...

coz i know those ppl at the branch are self-owned company with the authority to sell the company's product. If we have any enquiry like change address and stuff, the branch ppl cant do nothing, they make us call the call centre....

so.. is ur frd the ppl a branch or the customer support people?

am i confusing?
