and how much to copper lumps usually go for?

Copper lumps (or just lumps in general) shouldn't go for anything unless you're just trying to scam somebody. Lumps have no purpose except sold as cash.

Shield- 5-7s.

Bow- 3-5s.

Boots- Sell them to the NPC. Worthless.
