We wanted to provide a few updates on some of the issues encountered following the merge:
- Missing character posts have been removed from the
[Merge Missing Things] thread. Please note that 95% of the missing characters were made after the server merge website was used, therefore, you will not migrate to the server of your choice. An algorithm was used to determine where to migrate any characters that did not move during the first round. Please triple check all servers for any characters reported there, and if you can’t find them, PM Sodapoppin ONLY. Title the PM "MY CHARACTER IS STILL MISSING” with the requested info.
- Missing Storage Gem – We’ve organized all the reports and will be investigating soon. Please be patient, this is one of our top priorities atm.
- Wedding Apps – We’re aware not all wedding apps have been delivered. The developer must first provide us with the needed information so we can send the appropriate amount.
- KQ chests – We’re waiting to hear back from the developer. We will have an update soon. For now, please do not open KQ chests that have been acquired before the server merge.
Other issues that we are still working on and hope to have an update available for you guys soon:
- Migration item
- Missing item reports
- The server forum sections
- Coat of arms pets
- Free migration website
Thanks again for all of your patience, please refrain from creating additional threads or tickets regarding any of the points above. Doing so creates more work and actually hinders the efficiency of resolving these issues.
