In-game Events:
1. Decisions made by the GMs/MODs/etc facilitating the event are final.
2. Do not interrupt the GMs/MODs/etc when they are giving event instructions. Please pay careful attention to instructions because they will only be announced once.
3. Do not disrupt or interfere with any events---disruptions include but are not limited to:
Spamming (Excessive chatting or repeating the same chat)
Whispering the Game Masters without instruction
Asking the Game Master non event related questions
Whispering player participating in the events
Harassing players and GM’s during event
Guilding a GM during event
Buddy Listing a GM during event
**Characters disrupting events can be excluded from the event and servers for a minimum of 24 hours.**
4. Participation in an event does not guarantee a reward for participation unless the event description says so.
5. The use of profanity or extreme violence in chat is not tolerated and will result in account restriction or suspension.
6. Cheating of any kind during an event (or attempts to cheat) will result in disqualification from the event and possible account restriction or character imprisonment.
7. Hacking or any use of third party programs during an in-game event or regular game play will immediately result in account suspension or termination.
8. Rules, regulations, and schedules are subject to change depending on time, day, and changes in environment.
9.
Users are only permitted to win once per event---attempting to win on multiple servers will result in forfeiting all prizes.
Forum Events:
1. All decisions of GMs/MODs/Etc. are final.
2. Forum events in which multiple winners are chosen (without places)---a user may win up to two times.
3. For forum events with places a user may only win once.
4. Please refrain from editing your posts in events where users are racing to complete task(s) fastest.
5. In events that are posted daily the items will be posted between 2-5PM daily (with the exception of one day where the event will be posted earlier between 6-9AM to allow for players that aren't always on the forums later to participate).
6. All Images submitted for an event must be the user's original work.
7. All images/stories/submissions must be appropriate for the forums language and content-wise.
Event Prizes:
1. As of November 30, 2014 the point system was introduced for all in-game and forum events:

2. For every event users must specify whether they want points or the item prize---failure to communicate your preference will default to having the item prize sent to you.
3. Points are updated at the end of each forum event---please allowed 3-5 days following the conclusion of an event for points to be updated.
4. Item rewards are awarded 3-5 days following the conclusion of the event on the last server it is hosted on.
5. To inquire about your event rewards you may PM any team member on the forums providing the following information:
- The event you won
- Winning character name
- Server name
- Prize choice
**Please do not PM before allowing us the 3-5 days specified above---doing so may result in forfeiting your reward**
6. Attempting to win an event more than the times permitted will result in forfeiting all of the rewards you already earned from that event.
