Make Sure Your E-mail is Up-to-Date!
We at Outspark strive to keep you informed on the awesome stuff going on in your favorite games, as well as keeping in touch when you send in your tickets. But we can't do that if the e-mail you've associated your account with is not working!
As a friendly reminder, please make sure that your e-mail is up-to-date and accessible. By updating your e-mail, you can be sure to receive news on your favorite Outspark games, as well as have the ability and security to change any information on your profile such as your password.
To change your e-mail, log in on the Outspark website and go into your Account Settings. From there, under the "Change Email" section, type in your current password and the e-mail address you wish to have your SparkID associated with. An e-mail will be sent to the new e-mail address. Look for a verification e-mail from Outspark in that new e-mail address, then click on the link inside the e-mail in order to verify the change. If you are unable to find the e-mail, check your junk/spam folder.
