Just got off the phone with someone who wanted her booklet printed. Asking for prices but she's going "how much is it to print something and have something done with it". Then kept going, "you know those pouches, those pouches you put CDs in... those pouches" and calls back again with "do you print those thingies that go on CDs with text and you stick it on?"
... say what?
She also kept saying "okay" and "uh huh, uh huh" every other word. Drawing each word out with long pauses in between. I literally felt my brain melting...
