What are some unique physical features you guys have?

Just out of curiosity, whats something unique or abnormal about your body. It can be something as simple as having dimples or being left handed, or something more unhuman like being able to lick your elbow or fit in a tiny box.
One unique physical feature I have is that my right ear is pointy. People often say it's like an elf's ear, or like spock. I have more, but I want to hear some of you guy's.

There are three small (pinprick size) dots on my right cheek.

One is beneath my right eye, the second is to the right of my mouth and the last is off-center. They form an isosceles triangle.

I used to have tons of freckles. Uhh.. Now.. I kind of don't. I have a "beauty" mark(more like mole) in the right corner of my mouth (Left when looking at me) and I have two more on my right hand.

I can crack my knuckles/fingers continuously but not in the same way other people do it.

I have 3 moles on my shoulder that would make a triangle if I connect the dots. Same with the right side of my face...

And apparently I can twitch my nose like a rabbit so says my siblings.

I also have a lot of moles on my body. G__G Not like, an overwhelming amount, but more than the average person.
