Vendor zone concept

Was posting in another thread how it bugs me sometimes when I'm setting up a vendor and someone buffs me in passing. As buffs are sometimes scarce when I want them it makes me wonder weather to cancell the vendor tho save the buff. That got me thinking about an idea that might help cut the vendor clutter and lag problems in some towns better than Roumen's marketplace:

Create a special zone where all buffs and scroll timers are frozen. Something about the size of the OX quiz zone should do. Such a zone with an entrance near the bank in Uruga for example, would probably reduce a lot of the town's lag. Vendors and shoppers alike would like the fact that their buffs remain the same till they leave.

Any other ideas for such a zone? Like other incentives to convince vendors to set their shops up there? Perhaps placing a banker for convienece right in the zone might be a good idea.

Maybe if enough people start "talking" about an idea like this we might see it in a future patch someday. (^_^)
