[Outspark] DNS Caching Issue

An extended maintenance took place last night that involved game updates as well as upgrading our server locations to help improve our online user experience. Because of this, some users may experience issues with DNS Caching. What does this mean? It is possible that your DNS Profile has not cleared its DNS Cache. This IS expected when relocating hardware. In order to confirm that you are affected by this and not separate issue, you may try the following.
*Any modification of your system is at your own risk. Outspark is not responsible for any unintentional modification of your files.
- Press the "START" button on your taskbar
- Select "Run"
- A command prompt will appear
- Type nslookup
- Type fiesta.outspark.com
If your ip address appears in the range of 207.7.153.xx, then your DNS Profile has not cleared.
If your ip address appears in the range of 70.42.237.xx, then you are experiencing a different issue. In this case you must report your issue to customer service so we can better support you.
Once you have confirmed that your DNS Profile has not cleared, try rebooting your computer and see if this resolves the issue. If rebooting does not work, then you must let the DNS Cache resolve on its own. There is no approximate time of resolution as this can take 5 minutes, up to 24 hours.
If your problem persists after 24 hours, please contact our customer service.
