Will it be completed by moving to 67?

So many variables. Not enough information.

Camping greenkies? current level? current progress? spawn-availability? etc.

With party...aew popular spot..u know when just go from the gate walk a litle bit in front..go left in green thing in mapp...until u find a small cutted tree. XD

Umm i did about 3-5 times now Dx

If you're asking whether you'll complete your greenkie quest by doing the Greenkie repeatables at lvl 66-67(?) My guess is... nope...

We only got about 1.5 stage done with our King Spider lic for one of our levels so I don't think 2 levels would be quick enough to complete the lic...

You will prolly never complete any lic from quests alone and completing a lev 60 is just plain hard because if your doing your 60's right it's all questing (see levling guides).

The blue clover trumpy lic is so prized because they are easy to mob and get kills to train the lic. It completes at 80% additional damage and +5 crit but it takes 900% to get there.

Completing any lic is not an easy task. Some plp are disappointed to find that a new lic is not completed when it reaches 100%. This will only add 5% additional damage and you start over. The lic increments by 5% till you reach 40% additional damage and you get +1 crit. From there it increments by 10%
and +1 crit till completion.

I am currently working on a red nix lic which has 3 levels of repeats totaling about 250 times. I get 3% on the lic for each quest so thats 750% or so, still not completed.

best lic to completr atm LAva Gargoyals and crystal guardians.. and other Sodmobs... They spwn so fast. I got 30% in 1 hour solo.

Of course, the training rate does not change untill you become err i cant recall, some number of levels above what you are training on and no longer get kill credits.
