when it says bonus of +50% drop rate, does that mean.

Do I get 1.5 times more drops

A 50% better chance to get better drops

what exactly does it mean.

If I get one will I be able to complete the mud quest 1.5 times faster?

I've heard that it doesn't work all that well...

I remember that there was a complain that people arent getting much more drops using a HWR, and the GM said "well if you're not meant to get the drops, 0% x 50% is still 0.

Which sounds kinda stupid to me... but then again, I do question how much detail a GM would know regarding a CS item like that...

I think its 1.5x the drop rate
but I've heard that HWR isn't working correctly
people have said that theyre not getting the full +50% drop rate

Not worth it. I've used 1 hour ones from PVP KQ but I wouldn't pay for one.

I've noticed that they seem to be more useful on chief mobs like Queen Spiders instead of Queen Spiders since those things have a higher drop rate to begin with.

I　ｔｈｉｎｋ　ｉｔ　ｉｓ　1.5x the drop rate you'd normally get.

So yes, 1.5x0=0.

Yeah don't get it. Used it once before but I don't feel much difference. Plus I dunno if it works with quest items..

I used it when I was doing the L27 or so quest from Healer Avon to gather herbs in exchange for the Elderine scrolls and it seemed to make a little difference, but I can't say that I ever realized much of a boost in regards to mob drops with it on.
