Outspark Gifting Question

Okay, My friend asked me if I can GIFT him a PREMIUM BEAUTY COUPON. He said that he would pay me Fiesta money for it.

Well I would just give it to him coz he is a very good friend of mine but I already gave him a present before and it was the Basic Beauty Coupon. So once is enough.

So my question is, Is that allowed? He pays me Fiesta Money and I gift him the Coupon?

Is this like when people want you to upgrade their weapon and they pay you fiesta money and you use premium stones so its a sure success? Coz somebody asked me that before, that if I enhance weps since Im an SC user. Well I didnt do it since I hate enhancing.

So anyways.

I would appreciate it if I can clear this thing out, I dont wanna banned for doing this. Coz Im highly in doubt right now so I told him to wait.

Im pretty sure its okay. I've seen people selling extenders for golds. It does seem like its like when u enhance and paying for the miles...

Just my opinion i might be wrong.
