Skill empowering well aimed shot for the lowest cooldown possible with a full SPR or a 3-1 SPR Dex build. The well aimed shot is so you can spam the skill (no need to lower sp consumtion as it takes very little to begin with) as much as you want and once you get high enough SPR the critical will activate almost every time making up for the lost base dmg. I have not yet aquired powershot or anything above it as I am only lvl 5 and want to focus my studies on diffrent aim shot builds.
