While trawling for something unrelated, I stumble across this.

It's used to describe a group of people that complain nonstop without realizing the obvious.

Guy 1: OMG!!! liek cant that company do anythingz faster? The other version waz out before us and they have soooo muchhh stuffz!!!!!!11111111

Guy 2: What a fiestafan! All he does is complaining.

Guy 3: Just quit the game if ya don't like it.

Guy 4: He's just like that hacker, hyperswoss (someone that requests for hacks, ex. money hack)

Btw, I noticed something wrong with the "definition" that the guy made about FiestaFan.
Guy 1 is wrong, we hope for the items, not beg Outspark to hurry up the process of getting stuff.
Guy 2 is wrong, everyone complained, even the people in Official forum, everyone complained before in their live. So he's stating everyone is a "Fiestafan".
Guy 3 is very true, if you hate the game so much, why are you playing it.
Guy 4 is wrong, fly doesn't do stuffs like that
