I used my Vault ticket but it didn't take me anywhere, stuck at loading screen for 10 mins so I shut down the application. Tried to get on, loading screen for 10mins, so I signed on the next day.
Yeah, the "loading screen of death" has been a problem. They did a hotfix this morning that's supposed to address it. Fill out a support ticket with "/petition" and they'll probably send you another ticket.
