Let's bring this back, since the previous one was never really utilized, we have a Rate the sig. So let's have a rate the avatar. Rules are pretty simple I hope. Give people some good critiquing too, it will help them improve on them in the future

I think people's avatars were also being rated at some point in the other one~

If a mod gets rid of this or moves it, don't be surprised. Otherwise.. good luck with this. It may last for a bit.. but then it dies.. comes back a few months later.. die.. etc etc

I saw the Rate the Sig/Ava but I think it would be good to have two separate ones, but it's ultimately up to the mods, I'm fine with whatever. I've just always liked the two different threads.
