DEX Evasion

Just a quick question - I've never made a DEX heavy char, but I noticed that on the Free Stat window, DEX adds a % to dodge rate. Does this work in the same way as crit/block rates? As in, would it be a separate event, like how you see BLOCK pop up whenever it procs? Or does it just increase your evasion rating by a certain percent?

It works the same as critical damage and blocks.

Higher evasive percentage = higher change of evasion. You would simply see the "Miss" pop up more often.

There's an evasion percentage? Could you get a screeny of this? I can't believe I missed it =.=

Well, that's the question I'm asking, Dynamics. On the free stat window it shows DEX as giving a percentage rate of evasion, but on the normal stat window evasion seems to be just a numerical value. What I'm wondering is how the two interact.
