Lol are you at home? If at school or work they might be blocked due to filters placed. If home then might want to check your cache and cookies to make sure its sending correctly other than that I don't know

Once you save it, make sure that you check the box that actually adds it to your siggy.
If you upload a picture, then click save, it puts a smaller version in the l box. Right next to that is the little box you have to check.
If you are doing that and it is still not showing up, it should give you some type of error message when you try to save it.
EDIT: You were faster than me, lol.
