SECOND QUESTION: Do I have to do the Job Advancement Quest?? Do all good/great, lv. 20+ weapons, armours, acsessories, etc. require CleverFighter ?

All level 20+ skills, armor, and weapons require class CleverFighter or higher.

All level 60+ skills, armor, and weapons require class Warrior or higher.

So, to sum it up: No, you don't have to do the advancement quest, but if you want use higher quality gear, it's recommended.

u basically cant advance into anything if u dont do the job change quest..

u cant even ride the level 20 horse without doing the mob change quest.. XD

just scroll up and stock up on stones and the job change quest would be easy

But, it is really not that hard. Just stock up on pots and stones and you should do fine. Even if you fail the first time, you lose no exp. so, you just try again, this time with a better understanding of how it works.
