Tips? You mean like any color we(FF) recommend?

Get black. It'll make your teeth look whiter than they are. Never get yellow 8D

Lol. Umm. More like discomfort. Shouldn't really hurt.

Just yeahh... uncomfortable till you've had them on for a while.

Every time you go back to get them 'tightened' you'll be uncomfortable again xD
