Dear Community,
Welcome to the first issue of the Isya Insider. In this publication we’ll be addressing aspects about Fiesta with some insider information and goodies for all of you to enjoy. We’re also looking forward to feedback regarding this publication so we can improve it for the future.
Class Rebalance
On April 9th, we officially began phase one of the public rebalance test, and already we have many players sending in reports and feedback regarding the first set of changes planned for the classes. We would like to remind you that the current set of changes are not final and are subject to change based on your feedback. A lot of time and effort is being poured into this long-awaited event that players have been seeking. To keep the process structured, the rebalance test is split into several stages. Each stage addresses specific topics for each class. Our staff is available on the test server and forums, proactively allocating feedback on the changes from the community. We appreciate the active participation from the community so far and hope it will continue through all the stages of rebalance.
For players that missed the initial registration for the public test server, we’re happy to announce that registrations will open again once we’ve reached phase two. For users that have registered previously, you will not need to register again. You’re set with your account for life. We will let you know once registrations open again so stay tuned!
Artist Corner
As you may be aware many of our diverse costumes, mounts and more in the game were actually designed by our community. The Artist Corner, which launched in the North American version of Fiesta, is responsible for many of the costumes and accessories available to you. By popular demand, the Artist Corner has expanded to the EU! The Artist Corner is there for you to post suggestions for designs to be added into the game. Not everything suggested can be added to the game every time, but we are actively sending your concepts to the developer to be implemented.
The Happy Cloud
We’re constantly trying to improve the players’ experience with the games available on our platform. One step towards streamlining the entry process is the new downloader "The Happy Cloud”. This neat little software allows you to enter the game after a small initial download and continues downloading while you’re already in game venturing around the world of Isya. Since the system is pretty new small hick-ups can still occur and we’re actively working to optimize it to provide you with the best experience possible. The initial feedback from players has been very positive, and we will work towards making it even better.

Huge New Content on the Horizon
Because you’ve all asked for a very long time we’ll let you know that even though our current focus is on rebalance, new content will come into the game once rebalance is completed. It will be one of our most exciting updates this year, so keep your eyes sharp! You may find a few hints along the way…
