Authentication failure and unable to press shift+z

When i click "select server" from the game menu, i get an "authentication failure" message and then get disconnected.

also, after a kq, i attempted to press shift+z in roumen, but could not, and foreign characters appeared at the bottom right of the screen (where normally they should say "hiding nearby characters...". below is the screenshot.

Can't hide character's while in a party that not a new glitch =P
