Uruga - Map maintenance?

My main character is in uruga... and when i try go into her..

it says... Map under maintenance... try again later

Is it just me or Uruga map has gone down?

and i cant get into my main to make scrolls!!!!

now my inventory is all clogged up!!!!!!!!

If you've been on the whole time it wouldn't have affected you. Only prevents new people coming in.
