No idea, but I'd guess a VERY expensive CS item. Based on how rare +10 things are. (I see like 1 per week, 3 is the record for a week.)

I don't know how, but there is no new stone and Xir still only does 7-9... I'm not sure if using a Lucky at +8 would work. Probably not...
