Where do the dances come from?

I only know dance 5 is the Soulja Boy. What did Dance 5 use to be? And what did Dance 1,2,3, and 4 come from?

EDIT: I would actually search this, but I hate the search engine here. I can't search 3 lettered words...

there 4 othere dances were from me i danced infromt of the
outspark staff and they like those 4
