End Vs. Str
I'm just about to hit level 40 and have been able to buy 2 sheilds dirt cheap so i'm debating which one is better for a level 40 cleric
+10 END or +15 STR
Any Thoughts?

I think it would depend on what situation you are in. If you are in a party and are there for support go with the End. If you are soloing around go with the Str.
So keep both and switch back and forth with what you are doing.

I'd prefer END. Fighters should be tankers first, DDs second, especially if you party a lot.
Different if you solo.

I guess Clerics should have STR when solo or END with Party.

STR/INT from equips is almost useless.
1/4 the effect of a stat point I think from someone saying on the official forum.
