hmm, weird then. connecting through a router or directly connected to the modem? if you're connected through a router check for any ports/protocols blocked. alos, check your firewall to make sure it's not blocking anything.

you have to use a proxy. this version is only for US and Canada

[Edit] : keep disconnecting me den they decided to deactivate my account. I reactivated and got deactivated again.
