Price Difference on Servers

I've heard that prices for the same items differ on each server, but by how much? Is it possible to give an estimate on how much higher prices on Teva are than Apoline? Say, a level 15 +6 weapon on Apoline is 15s, would that same weapon be 10s more on Teva or 20s?
I've been playing Fiesta for a little while now, I'd still consider myself a newbie though. But I just can't get this whole pricing thing down! When I look at the appraisals, most people are posting for items on Teva; it's harder to find how much stuff is going for on Apoline.

I wanted to buy a level 20 staff from someone and they told me that adding +6 to it added about 50s to the price (the staff also had extra SPR and END). My level 15 staff also has +6 and the extra stats are just as nice, but she said it would sell for 10s-15s. How much more does it cost when you add +6 to a weapon? I would think adding +6 to a item level 2 weapon might add an extra 50s to the cost, but a level 1 item?
