I haven't tried other KQs but KKP in Epith warped me right away after 10 seconds used to be that that took 2-3 minutes too. I don't know about the delay in recruiting though cause it never filled up unless there's at least 5 people trying it out.

but the abbreviations are confusing me.
Well Mara and Gold Hill seem to work just fine for me...
