Weakened Ogres, Mini Lips in GC?

I had no idea. I've seen weakened ogres in CP, but wth are mini lips???

True man. The Mini Lips is a monster, level 49 IMO, which cannot be found anywhere else but Goblin Camp. Kinda like Sand Mushroom and Ratman I think.

And yes the Weakened as well as the elite Ogres hang around that spot in the map, B1. Seems out of place, but it looks like they're teamed up with the Mini Lips, Goblin Captain and Sand Ratman monsters, IMO again to "protect" almighty [NOT] King WereBear... Heres a shot I have:
