yepyep
then you wait more than 4~8 weeks or longer to fix the bugs, fixing the bugs will then cause more bugs, Outspark's way of fixing or/and updating

Quest bugs are the easiest to fix. Outspark does not necessarily need to send the files over to the developers to fix; it is literally easy enough for your average gamer to fix. Usually with a map release, all the bugs and glitches are for the most part gone.

They need to send files to the developers in some instances. Others, they have the entry disabled until activated. i.e. Mind Tap for mages.

I heard that it was pushed back so that they could work on the bugged quests. So, now maybe that they are doing the bugged quests up-date, it will be coming up, maybe...... hopefully......
