While i think the 10 mins is a bit small, i do think the 2 hours was a bit much...
Maybe a good ballence between is in order?

like MD recruits for 20 mins and it happens every 2 hrs..


KKP recruits for 1 hr, and happens every hour...

Having the class change at 100 makes a bit more sense... and if 120 is end game then I guess.
